We have just been riding with Sally/ride andes in Ecuador and I can not praise her enough. Sally's attention to detail is fantastic and leads to a smooth and safe riding holiday which is so important. We rode with Sally in Uruguay in 2006 and had such a great holiday we decided to go back this year to ride around... More

Sally put together a 3-day beginner's level ride for us in Uruguay. The estancia, situated on an incredibly beautiful piece of land, provided comfortable accommodations with a very friendly staff. Sally took a lot of care to make sure our ride was appropriate for our level but also interesting. Sally pays a lot of attention to safety and proper riding... More

We were so thankful to tripadvisor for pointing us in the direction of RideAndes and Sally. We are (very) beginners with horses and were a bit worried that a full day of riding in the Andes would be way over our capabilities. It was an overall amazing experience. We always felt safe. The horses were in excellent condition and we... More

My boyfriend and I booked with RideAndes for a one day ride a couple of days ago and had an absolutely wonderful day! Sally, the owner accompanied us on our tour and what a lovely, knowledgeable and open lady! The moment we arrived at the stables we knew we had a made a great decision as the horses were happy,... I can thoroughly recommend the 'Cotopaxi Adventure Ride - Rideandes'' (for experienced riders only). The horses, accomodation, scenery, staff and fellow riders made this a fantastic holiday to remember. The accomodation was all different but very charming. It would be difficult to pick out a favourite - such a warm welcome at the Hacienda San Fransisco which had colonial charm... More

My sister and I went on RideAndes' "Colonial Haciendas" ride in late November. I'd been on five different horseback riding tours around Europe but this was my first time to South America. I can't believe I waited so long! The horses were wonderful - honest, well-treated and well-trained. The accomodation was really nice, as was the food. The guides were... More

My husband and I recently travelled to Ecuador for a riding adventure through the mountains and valleys surrounding Quito. We have been on many riding trips in the past and were excited to experience Ecuador’s varied terrain and colonial haciendas. We had no idea what a great time was in store for us! Sally Vergette and her team at Ride... More

I spent a week in August 2010 riding with Sally doing the circuit of Cotopaxi. I have been on riding holidays all over the world and Sally's horses are the best I have ridden on holiday anywhere - so well-schooled, responsive and forward-going and immaculately turned out. The professionalism with which Sally ran the trip was quite amazing. All the... More

My husband and our adult son and daughter went riding for 2 days in Cotapaxi National Park with Sally and her assistant. From initial planning to final drop-off in Quito again, we were impressed with Sally's professionalism, lovely personality, attention to detail, her love of horses, and her care for our safety. We are all beginners and we improved dramatically... More
