The best view of the clock is probably from Paseo Gervasoni. It tops the narrow end of a building between Cochrane and Prat Roads. It has an odd bulbous thing on top otherwise fairly ordinary.

The tower is one of the iconic landmarks in Valparaiso. However, I don't find it particularly interesting. There are many more interesting places to see and visit in the city...

Interesting clock tower, one of the symbols of the city. The egg-shaped light on top is the nicest part.

The Turri Clock Tower is a must in Valparaiso. You will have one of the best views of the port, and there are many nice cafes and shops in the sorrounding area.
