cinzano is one of the places that really makes valparaíso, valparaíso..y...the "night food" is excellent: machas a la parmesana, chorrillanas etc. and pisco sour, vino con fruta to drink. but the music (im pretty sure just the weekends, maybe thursdays too) is the best part. the same man has been singing for more than 50 years, and his daughter sings... more

Cinzano, one of the few place a visitor must see in Valparaiso. Best to come in around 8 PM, Wednesdays to Saturdays. Sit at the bar. Have Rudollfo make you a pisco sour and maybe have a hot cheese sandwich, relax, talk to friends, and wait for the night to start. The music is its own experience. A chance to... more
