about 7 or 8Km long, both sides of carretera Santiago-Valparaíso, about 1 hour, by car, from central Santiago. various winemakers are there. some need to book beforehand, others may let you in even without a prior schedule. We visited 4 vineyards with Uncorked Tours. I am not a wine afficinado but found the descriptions interesting. Further, all the places visited were attractive and pleasant and provided wine samplings.

The wineries here have great wine. The tours are just okay, so feel free to skip them. Do stop and get a bottle on your way to the coast. We enjoyed the Morande tasting a lot!

As the Casablanca Valley is right on the route from Santiago to Valparaiso, it is worth a stop. However, there is not much that is exceptional, or that interesting, if you've had experience with tastings or tours.
