I suppose if you're in Santiago, this is a necessary historical stop. But there's nothing to see here. The museum is pretty okay, but the plaza and the palace are... what you'd expect. No one is going to drool over the photos. More

Exploring the history of Chile, you have to see the palace and the museum. I just go to have a look around and see what is new. Sometimes you can pick up your free ticket for another event or cinema. More

The Presidential Palace is amazing. It is completely surrounded by guards and police. It is gorgeous from the front and the back is amazing too. Behind it is a huge national flag of Chile and the bustling city. I took about 50 photos here! and it was just a quick nighttime stroll :) More

I visited La Moneda in 2005 and was permitted to walk all around the building as well as enter the courtyard within. Historical, and beautiful, it is a shame it is no longer open for viewing and photo taking. More

Since the presidency of Jorge Alessandri (who was single) it only was from then on the office of the President. Each and every president since then... More

Entry forbidden. So you can just have a look from outside. Nice building, but nothing special for a Presidential palace. More
