This is one of the most beautifull buildings from downtown Santiago. The paintings on the roof and the architecture were astonishing. If you go to Santiago, this is a must.

It is a jewel of a small theater, beautifully decorated in early 20th century taste. It has very good opera presentations, and also ballet and classical music. Modern ticketing system, easy to use.

Saw Ballet de Santiago perform Romeo y Juliet in this theater and it was a marvellous experience. The theater is gorgeous inside and out. A professional, metropolitan theater.
