My wife and I spent a Sunday evening with an Uncorked cooking class run by Chef Mathias. Despite some initial confusion in where to find the place (an unmarked building off the beaten track), once inside we felt right at home. Chef Mathias, who is professionally trained, struck a great balance between demonstrating his talents and getting us involved in... More

My husband and I were in Santiago and spent our first day with Jose in the Casablanca Valley which was the perfect way to kick off our vacation! We were with 5 other people and Jose lead the perfect tour. It was personal, educational, relaxing, and fun. The wineries were all small and we were given amazing access to the... More

We were a group of 4 that signed up for the cooking class--what a wonderful experience it was! Mattias, the chef, was lovely to work with & we all had an absolute blast while learning how to make 6 delicious recipes (Sopaipillas, pebre, pisco sours, ceviche, cazuela & dulce de leche (flan)) in their beautiful kitchen in Bellavista. Everything was... More

This was a great winery tour that exceeded our expectations. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience very enjoyable. All three of the wineries we visited (Clois, Laura Hartwick, and Viu) were all unique and interesting in their own ways. The lunch was incredible also!! The day went by so quickly. I would absolutely recommend... More

We had a fantastic wine tour in the Casablanca Valley! We visited three very different wineries and got a great overview of the region and the varietals available. Our first stop was Bodegas, RE, where we took a tour of the vineyard and learned about the wine making process they follow, which is a twist on a more biblical process... More

I have just spent 2 days with Uncorked tours. Day 1 the cooking class, followed the next day with a wine tour to the La Colchagua region. Cannot recommend this company more highly! Both days were entertaining and fun. Matias our chef and Stephan our wine guide, were both entertaining, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent value!

This was our second Uncorked wine tour. We went on the Casablanca tour in 2014 and did the Colchagua Valley wine tour during our recent trip to Chile. As with Casablanca, the Colchagua Valley tour was exceptional--every detail was covered; the tour guide, Stefan, was outstanding; the selection of wineries was spot on; and the included lunch was incredible (see... We spent our last day in Chile in the Casablanca Valley thanks to Uncorked! We had a fantastic time, great company with a very knowledgeable wine lover, tasted premium wines and had a delicious four-courses with wine pairing lunch at Qintay vineyard. Stjepan knows so much about wine in general, its history and its industry, we learnt a lot and... More

Four of us spent a very interesting day in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. The tour guide was very informative and gave us all the history on the drive from the ship to the Valley. We visited two wineries and then had an excellent lunch with multiple wines. At the Kingston Family Vineyards, we had a tour with a wine... More

The cooking class with Matias was a splendid way to get to know about the food culture of Chile. You get to visit the markets and learn about different local ingredients. The Chef was passionate, knowledgeable and very humourous as h3 hosted us. He could answer our questions about the different ingredients which we saw because he has a lot... More
