We offer private and semi-private tours (2 to 8 people). We set up our tours for the visitors to see and learn in the short time they have in Chile, as much as they can about our terroirs and our great wines and off course enjoy as much as possible.

I was in Santiago for business and only had a couple of days for myself. I decided to take this cooking class. I'm glad I did. We met outside the central market downtown and shopped for our food while touring the market. We then went to Uncorked's kitchen and cooked a wonderful meal. Our chef-teacher was Matías. He was good... More

Terrific experience, not inexpensive but nothing in Santiago is. We throughly enjoyed the walk through the markets and the anecdotes from Matteus. He is personality plus and the day was great fun. The house where the cooking school is located is charming and his faithful assistant Chrissie ensured the class went smoothly. We cooked empanadas, ceviche and pears on red... More

My wife and I spent a great day with Angela and her driver. Jose, the owner of the company, arranged the itinerary for us and it included a 5 hour visit to Valparaiso and then a stop at a vineyard for wine tasting on our way back to Santiago. When we left Santiago early in the morning it was cool,... More

We decided to spend our last day in Santiago on a wine tour. After doing some research, we settled on Uncorked Wine Tours and we were very pleased we did. Jose, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. The Aconcagua Valley is absolutely stunning and the two wineries we visited, while very different were both very scenic and of... More

We went to three wineries for a full day tour. They were very different and all in the Casablanca valley. Informative guides and wonderful wines! I loved all three places and the food and wine pairing was incredible! I highly recommend the all day wine tasting. It is definitely worth the price!!!

Sounded a bit pricey going in, but so worth it. Our tour guide was informative but kept it fun and friendly. Visiting three small wineries in the Casablanca Valley taught me a lot about the history of the region, what grapes are being grown, and how the wine is produced. It was a good thing I didn't have to drive,... More

My husband and I did the Aconcagua Valley wine tour at the end of October with Jose and Andrea. Before we went on the tour I wondered if we had spent too much on this and how they could possibly make it worth the price... by the end I was thinking the price was a steal! We paid $245 per... More

We had such a great time on the Casablanca Valley tour. Our guide Stephan was great and the vineyards we visited were completely different, unique and we're truly interested in teaching us about their wine and letting us taste (a lot!) Was a really fun and worthwhile tour, one of the standouts of our Chile trip.

We did this wine tour back in January this year. We only had three days in Santiago but knew we wanted to tour around the Casablanca Area. Having limited internet connection proved a bit difficult luckily we got through. I would maybe recommend booking in advance. Now about the tour. There was only my husband and I so we had... More

We took the Casablanca Valley tour on August 9th and had a wonderful time! I can't recommend the tour enough! Sure, winter is the usual time to take a wine tour, but the valley was still absolutely beautiful. We were picked up from our hotel (and a bonus of going in winter, it was just my husband and I on...
