We offer private and semi-private tours (2 to 8 people), we set up our tours for the visitors to see and learn, in the short time they have in Chile, as much as they can about our terroirs and our great wines and off course enjoy as much as possible..

We spent our last day in Chile in the Casablanca Valley thanks to Uncorked! We had a fantastic time, great company with a very knowledgeable wine lover, tasted premium wines and had a delicious four-courses with wine pairing lunch at Qintay vineyard. Stjepan knows so much about wine in general, its history and its industry, we learnt a lot and... More

Four of us spent a very interesting day in the Casablanca Valley of Chile. The tour guide was very informative and gave us all the history on the drive from the ship to the Valley. We visited two wineries and then had an excellent lunch with multiple wines. At the Kingston Family Vineyards, we had a tour with a wine... More

The cooking class with Matias was a splendid way to get to know about the food culture of Chile. You get to visit the markets and learn about different local ingredients. The Chef was passionate, knowledgeable and very humourous as h3 hosted us. He could answer our questions about the different ingredients which we saw because he has a lot... More

A group of us were in Santiago for a wedding and booked a private tour to Casablanca Valley. It was probably the best wine tour I have been on. All three vineyards were unique and the tours were really well done and informative - one of them was even given by the owner! And the wine was, of course, delicious.... More

We were in Santiago in December and had the most enjoyable time meeting Mateo and the owner of this great cooking school. Firstly we went around the markets to purchase our ingredients and learn about the Chilean way of life and their fresh food markets. We then went by taxi to our cooking school. So very open and clean. Both... More

Gorgeous scenery, lovely host and delicious wine. Well worth the money and they are very accommodating. I had a wonderful day and would highly recommend doing a wine tour

My husband and I signed up for the cooking class. We were thrilled with our day. We met the chef, Mateo, outside the Central Market. The class also included 2 brothers from Israel, a husband and wife from Australia and a woman from East Germany, now living in Canada. They were all great - genuinely interested in learning about Chilean... More

This is an excellent company with which to deal. So much better than the large wine vineyard tours. They pick you up at your hotel, and they were on time. The groups are small, no more than 8 people and the guide Stephano spoke excellent English. We had a full day of wine tastings in the Casablanca Valley visiting three... More

I you are visiting Santiago, put an Uncorked wine tour on your must do list. We were treated to a wonderful day of wine and food and learned so much about Chilean wines from our guIde and sommelier, Stephan. Our first stop was at Loma Larga VInyards where Alexandra guided us through the wine making process at this beautiful vinyard... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the three wine tastings we had in the Colchagua Valley. Our guide, however, added very little extra value. We were dropped off at 3 quite varied wineries and each one provided its own tour and tasting. Our guide clearly had extensive wine knowledge and answered our questions, however she could have provided more extensive background knowledge on... More
