We arrived early morning and went directly to the Vina Undurraga following the good advice of Trip Advisor. Arrived with no reservation, but they were happy to accommodate. This was a fantastic wine tour - make sure you call in advance to make a reservation. We just went to Estacion Central and took a bus to Talagante.
