LaBicicletaVerde.com We did the afternoon tour Parks and Politics (3hrs), and the evening tour Santiago de Noche.(3hrs ++++) It is easy to do two tours in one day, and really worth spending the money. Riding the bikes gets you to places a lot quicker than on foot therefore you get to see more of the city. All the guides were... more

For anyone visiting Santiago, Bicicleta Verde is an absolute must do. Our guide spoke excellent english for those of us struggling with spanish, and gave us a good insie into the recent history and politics of the city, and Chile in general. The cycling tour was very easy to do, and it was amazing to discover some of the streets... more

Best part of our visit to Santiago! Our bike tour with La Bicicleta Verde was a terrific way to see the city and learn about Chile's fascinating history from a native Chilean. Santiago is made for bike riding (in other words, flat!), and exploring the city by bike allows you to see a lot in only a few hours. Our... more

We did the afternoon bike tour that was just around Centro, had Max as our guide. He was easy going, informative and made the whole afternoon an easy going time! He also explained about their walking tour they do when we asked. At the end of the biker tour Max helped us out with some places to go at night... more

I was in Santiago a few days ago and stumbled across bicicleta verde flyers at the hostel advertising their bike tours. We elected to take the afternoon tour and were all extremely impressed by the level of knowledge that was demonstrated by our tour guide (Mac). He knew everything that we wanted to know (and then some). We then went... more

Waaaay better than the big tour buses. I highly recommend the trip. Easy riding and fun fun fun. I booked the tour... more

Life is full of surprises, some good, some not so good but our "Huachaca" walking tour was a surprise that was out of all expectation it was WONDERFUL. Rodolfo was a guide par excellence and the visit to The Vega and the fruit that we tasted was amazing. Then came the Terrmotto, which in the words of Dirty Harry "Made... more

This was kind of expensive but my group was a group of 6 girls and we had 3 guides, 2 of whom were Chilean with conversational English, and 1 from Tennessee. We drove to the wine valley (about a 45 minute drive) and took the bikes and rode through 3 vineyards, meeting the owner of the last one. His name... more

If you have to spend time in Santiago on your trip to Chile, definitely schedule a tour with La Bicicleta Verde! We did the afternoon "Parks and Politics" tour and had "Mac" as our tour guide - an american living in Santiago. We've been on dozens of city tours and this was one of our favorites - it didn't feel... more
