I attended this class by myself, and it was a fantastic experience. I received an interesting and educational tour of the Spice Garden by Thai Chef A. He was both charming and informative, explaining the uses of the herbs and spices in foods as well as their healing properties. After the tour we tasted freshly made iced tea and sampled... More

We registered for a combination class that started with a tour of the 150 year old spice garden (a colonial remnant) guided by the chef. Then we moved into the demo kitchen for a New Asia cuisine class. Two dishes were demos (Pomelo Salad and Crispy Asparagus with XO Sauce), and three were hands-on (Crisp Cheese Tikki Patties, Herb-Roasted Chicken... More
