Not expecting to do more than lose an hour or too before meal time, I spent a very pleasant ride on these solar powered eco boats. The tour takes you from Clark Quay to the Merlion and Marina Bay Sands and back through the city's interesting landmarks. Definitely worth a look. The option to disembark and reboard at different locations... More

A way of getting a different outlook of this very culturally diverse city, the river cruise winds its way along the river giving its passengers commentary about its past, present and future. It was definitely worth taking the longer boat ride option too. More

I hate to be negative and thought for a bit before being driven to review this 'Attraction'. This was such a disappointment. They told us, though at the outset it meant little to us, that the tours were shorter than usual, proceeding less far up the Singapore River, and not at all beyond the Marina. But then the recorded commentary,... More

We joined the 40 minute trip at Clarke Quay and travelled down the river to the harbour area in front of the new Marina Bay Holiday Complex. The commentary picked out the important sights along the river and helped us choose where else to visit. More

Very historic tour with some information on Singapore. We paid $38 per pax for a tour from Clark Quay and return. More

As a foreigner living in Singapore, I was a little dubious about the Singapore River Cruise… seemed a little touristy for me. But visiting family persuaded me to join, so we took our three children (ages 7, 6 and 2 years old). I was pleasantly surprised. Seeing Singapore from the river was actually quite a nice experience. Gliding across the... More

After researching things to do in Singapore this was on my hit list. Very inexpensive and a great way to take in the sights from river level. We did this trip at night time and it is very relaxing and great photo opportunities. A definite must do when in Singapore to fill in 45 or so minutes. More

This was one of the highlights of my trip to Singapore. The most beautiful city in the world. You get to sit down, or take loads of photos, while leisurely cruising along the river stopping for photo opportunities while a guide explains the history and buildings etc. You can get off along the way if you choose and then catch... At a $1 each minute this 'cruise' is the pits. I can't imagine anyone reviewing this in a favorable manner. As mature, experienced, independent travelers I suggest everyone should forget the boat trip and walk along Singapore river. No one on-board stopped shouting at each other including the crew so it was impossible to hear any commentary. You'll learn more... More

Good to sit back, relax and take in the sights. Would recommend going early afternoon when it's not so hot. More
