See the colourful coral right in front of your eyes or swim in one of St John’s Island’s many lagoons. You might also like to enjoy a pleasant picnic on the beach or go dolphin spotting by the water.

we went for the day (by Ferry - $S9 each return) to ST Johns Island and then walked the causeway to Lazarus and then caught the ferry (on the way back to the harbour) to Kasau Island. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE FOOD AND WATER - there are no shops on any of the islands. BUT had the BEST TIME. we... More

We decided to take advantage of the Good Friday public holiday to take the kids on a day trip across to St John's island. So we prepared a picnic lunch, packed plenty of water, and took a taxi to Marina South Pier to get tickets for the St John's island ferry. Unfortunately we weren't the only ones with this idea... Went with group of friends in Good Friday. Didn't expected so many Actually visit the island! You can take the mrt to Marina South Pier Station on mainland Singapore to the cruise center. 2-way ticket is $18 per adult and it takes about 30mins to reach St John's Island. We reached the island on the first ferry and were amazed... More

Do visit the islands (St John's Island is connected with Lazarus Island. And for Kusu Island, it can be reach by continuing the ferry ride before heading back to Marina South Pier.) if you want to rest and relax away from the busy Singapore. Reaching there: Board ferry at Marina South Pier from Singapore Island Cruise $18 for adult and... More

I love St John Island. 20mins ferry ride to experience peace and quiet. You can relax and sunbathe the whole day. Kusu has better water and sand than St John though.

While the island is attractive enough, it was full of litter after a hot Sunday, the ferry service was erratic, the 'beaches' were mostly dirty grassy sand and we couldn't wait to get back to the mainland. However despite the ferry being at the jetty it wouldn't leave until enough people were on board so we sat on board and... More

St John island is about 20 mins from Marina South Pier. Due to the ferry stop-over at Kusu island good time is wasted. Best day to visit the island is during the weekday as it would be less crowded. Note the last ferry to leave on weekdays ia at 2.45pm. The island has a pretty decent beach.

In just about 20 minutes, we were transported by ferry from Marina south ferry terminal to this peaceful little island. White, sandy beach, a Malay kampong house, and a few fat, happy looking cats on an extremely clean island. There is also a chalet/ camp site for rent. After a 15 minute break, the ferry would carry on to kusu... More
