We booked our hotel transfers, our driver was waiting for us in arrivals. They sent a member of staff to our hotel the next day to confirm our pick up time, pity they forgot to pick us up and we had to call them at 5:30am. We booked a night tour with them that included pick up from hotel, Chinese... More

As we were only going to be in Singapore for a few days thought the half day city tour would provide a good overview of the city...this tour definitely does not provide that. Very disappointed

We used 'Tour East' for all of our transfers (ie airport - hotel) during our trip to Asia. On this leg of the journey our driver was waiting for us at Changi airport and was very easy to find. We then had a pleasant and stress free transfer to our hotel in the city. Our driver was very friendly and... More

We booked the night safari tour with this company via our hotel. I would not recommend it? It's very rushed and lots of standing around waiting for other people. We got here at 7.00pm, zoo does not open until 7.30.. Had no time to get dinner, we had a toilet stop and then had to wait for everyone at 7.20pm.... More

I had a nagging question – why did this City Tour not take mostly first time visitors to obvious highlights? Why not drive down Orchard Road, go past the Flyer and Gardens by the Bay, coast by Raffles Hotel? It provided no sightseeing value at all. I suspect this tour would have been disappointing enough without the deluge that ruined... More

We had hoped to get an overview of Singapore on this tour, but what we did get was a guide who spent a good deal of her time telling us about her family and background, which was interesting up to a point. However of the top 10 Singapore sites mentioned in the DK Top 10, she only mentioned 5. The... More

Booked this through Viator (3695NOCT) A really FANTASTIC night. Start off with pick up from Hotel. Then of to Chinatown to have our names painted onto a fan by a Chinese calligrapher nice souvenir,of to a Yum Cha restaurant , then a walk through the night market. The best part was then the Trishaw Ride through Singapore to Clarke Quay.... More

The half day tour was a good insight into Singapore & well organised though a bit rushed at each stop At the visit to Singapore Gems & Metals I bought a bangle which became badly dented after 10 days use. They are disclaiming all responsibility & maintain I must have damaged it. I have sought professional advice & find it... More

This is the second time we have done this tour during our stays in Singapore. This is one of the best tours we have done. We booked through our hotel and were pickup from the hotel The Peninsula Excelsior by bus and taken to the markets. We had our name written on a fan and a two course meal in... More

I booked the Malaysia Johore Bahru Half-Day Tour with Tour East Singapore via Viator.com. I understood the disclaimer that tour operates with a minimum of six persons. No issue there. I totally accept that. My issue is that I had in fact called the day before the tour and someone from Tour East indicated that the tour was CONFIRMED and... More
