On our first visit to Singapore we took the advice of our travel agent at Trailfinders and pre booked and paid our private transfer from the airport to our hotel and a Half Day City Tour with these operators. The one-way airport transfer was £37 (approx SG$75) and the tour for two £36 (approx SG$73). Airport Transfer The driver representative... More

We had our airport transfer from Changi to our hotel arranged through Tour East, along with a tour of Singapore, tickets for Universal Studios and a tour to the Night Safari all arranged before we arranged in Singapore. Everything went off without a hitch. We were met at the airport by an enthusiastic and friendly driver who gave us information... More

We had airport to hotel transfers with this company, and then booked two tours with them. They were extremely efficient, arrived on time, had pleasant and helpful drivers and staff.

After being woken by Tour East salesperson on the first morning after day of travelling we were greeted with a very pushy salesperson. We had decided to travel to Singapore Zoo Breakfast with the hotels travel group because they were cheaper but the Tour East salesperson took our $ and booked us with Tour East at the cheaper rate. It... More

Getting tickets for Universal Studio in Singapore turned out to be massive hassles with no clear directions given as to where tickets should be collected and this is on top of us making the first initiative to call them first as vouchers never came in our email. And please check around for ticket prices as we found out that they... More
