Owner description: "Situated in the Civic District close to historic and tourist sites, Raffles City Shopping Centre is a haven for consumers looking for luxury items. Built on the site of a former school (Raffles Institution), Raffles City is downtown shopping at its finest. The mall has a number of luxury and designer stores such as Omega, Thomas Sabo, Cortefiel and Tommy Hilfiger, among others. Here, you’ll also find big department stores like Marks & Spencer and Robinsons, and fashion chains like Topshop, River Island and Skyla. In fact, Raffles City covers most shopping bases with fashion, books, music, sports, toys, eyewear and beauty all available above the City Hall MRT station, which makes getting here all the more convenient. This mall is ok although a bit awkwardly laid out. If you like shopping my suggestion is to go to the shoppes at marina bay sands. It's a huge complex and there are other things to do there like the art and science museum and light show at night. Tip There is a Starbucks in first floor near entrance and... More

Typical medium-high end mall at the edge of downtown. It doesn't have the premium brands like Prada or Gucci, but holds its own with an art gallery and linked to 2 hotels. The Jaan restaurant in the hotel is very good

This is one of Singapore's older and more established malls, renovated fairly recently. I like it as it tends to be less crowded than some of the other malls, and it's very close to the City Hall MRT and a short walk to SunTec and Marina Square. Plenty of places to eat in the basement.

On the 3rd floor, you will find the food court with a wide array of local food and drinks. The hidden gems for healthy budget eating are found in the city's food courts!

Maybe I am a little biased but I seem to like Raffles City Mall as one of the best in Singapore. It is not the biggest so there is not every shop on earth there but it is cool, clean, good atmosphere, mix of designer and then affordable shops. The marketplace in the basement with the supermarket, take away shops,... More

Well, Singapore is certainly very well known for it's plethora of shopping centers and yet here is another big one. After walking out of the City Hall MRT, You can find it by walking directly right of the station. You have to cross I believe two streets and then looming before you is Raffles City. It's got many of the... More

Great location and linked to the hotel with many shops' (including supermarket) and food courts. You can access the 4 levels of the shopping centre directly from the hotel lifts.
