Another neighbourhood mall

Located near Little India. Accessible by North East Mrt train, stop at Farrer Park Mrt station. Many shops and eateries. Basically catering for people living in the neighbourhood.

It's a pretty good mall, which is directly opposite my house. Nice supermarket with essential daily items, cinema with midnight shows and a department store for last minute gift vouchers shopping. The only thing that's lacking is the good restaurants. Used to have Sushi Tei and Putian but now the only chinese restaurant is Paradise Inn, which is pretty awful.... More

If you are in the vicinity, like we were staying just opposite in Park Royal Hotel, then its a good place to come and eat etc. We had a number of meals there, did a bit of shopping and had a couple of pedicures and hair styling too.

City square mall is another shopping mall that I frequent to catch up with friends for a meal. There are quite a few choices of restaurents. After a meal, you can shop around the mall or even walk along the streets towards little India where you can try the yogurts in the Indian cafe.

Nothing too special about this mall, just an average mall. Food courts has a mix of food outlets, which includes wetern food outlets like meccas and kfc. Bata shoe shop also in there. You don't need a lot of time to go through all the shops.

Nothing too exciting about this place. Conveniently located near to Farrer Park MRT in Little India there are all the standard shops you expect to find in a conventional suburban mall in Singapore. Food Republic has an ok food court when you need something to eat (although you're in Little India, so might be worth being a little more adventurous... More
