It is like walking into Gotham City with majestic pillars surrounded by bronze status of powerful and influential people and that is just the court yard. When you enter the wine bar you are overwhelmed by the beautiful art decor and feel like you are entering a bar in New York. The staff are very friendly and helpful not too mention... More

Very impressive building and definitely worth a look/photo. We went first in the afternoon for a light snack and drink - very limited menu and items not available, but it was still a nice break in the day and the bar was very quiet. Decided to return in the evening - there is supposed to be live music and were... More

What an absolutely gorgeous setting. Very art decor. But with the wine rack located on the wall and the wine waitress has to go on a pulley to retrieve each bottle of wine ordered. Fascinating to watch. A beautiful setting and lovely courtyard outside with bronze statues. Be careful where you take photos though. I think this bar is little... More

In one way, I probably should not write a review as I never spent any money in the place !! The very helpful b/fast waitress in our hotel told us to take a look if we were on "walkabout" and we came across Divine mid afternoon. We had not been told anything about the place and it certainly is differnet.... More

After ordering 3 drinks which were extremely over-priced, I noticed an insect in my drink half-way through the night. The staff first denied the fact that it even was an insect when it was clearly and very obviously an ant with legs. The staff took the insect out and placed it on a piece of paper and brought it back... More

This very interesting bar is a must see in Singapore....the building and the interior decor is simply amazing....the main attraction is when a bottle of wine or champagne is ordered and a flying waitress ( attached to a steel cable of course ) has to go up to find your bottle in a very tall wine cellar..everything is stylish about... Set in an Art Deco building known locally as Gotham City, which in itself is worth a look. Crazy decor. This bar is open in the evenings and the night lighting adds to the experience. Yes the drinks are pricey but no more so than in the hotels in Singapore and you only do it once. There is very pleasant... More

When Las Vegas and too much money get together this is the result. Ridiculously over the top place, ridiculous prices topped off by a poor girl dressed as a fairy flying up and down a tall wine cellar on a harness. Really? Could it get more absurd? If you like crass shows of wealth you'll love this place.

Wow wow, I love this place, Divine is located in a large floodlit Ghost busters/ Gotham City style building actually a unique style in Singapore worth looking at night or day for a great photo shoot but the place oozes style and grandeur. Walking thru the doors you enter a vast almost "cathedral " like place with the most amazing... More

Having heard about Divine Wine bar from some friends who had visited Singapore, we decided to give it a try. From outside the building stands in fantastic Art Deco style with a resemblance of the Empire State Building in NY. The wonderful status and waterfall features gives a peaceful effect. We arrived in daylight and left when darkness started to... More
