We took public transport to the brewery and it works alright but don't go to the last station (Joo Koon) and take bus 192 as it brings you to the back of the brewery. From there it is a long and awkward walk to the front. Exit the green line at Boon Lay and take bus 182M. The tour is... More

A recent trip to Singapore included a tour we booked through City Discovery Tours. This was a fantastic 4 hour tour which operates mornings and afternoons during the week. The tour cost AUD23.00 per person and was excellent value. Pick up from our hotel early afternoon and transported to the brewery for a short tour and explanation of the facilities.... More

I just experienced this tour and it was well worth the journey (getting close to the Tuas crossing into Malaysia). It was a well organized, fast moving and they actually showed some of the actual production areas. They are also very generous with the complimentary beer during and after the tour. This is different from other breweries that I have... More

My project team in Singapore decided to have a Chinese New Year celebration and they chose the Tiger Beer Brewery in Tuas, Singapore. It was an interesting experience, starting with a brief background of Tiger Beer's history dating back to the British and Dutch colonial time. Then an explanation on how beer is made and with what ingredients. We went... More

We made our way our to the Tiger Brewery via public transit! Not bad at all. We really enjoyed the trip out to it and the experience. It's typical brewery tour, so if you're deciding between this and something else...it's up to you on how bad you want beer! The hour of free drinking in their bar at the end... More

Located well west of the CBD but it's relatively easy to get both there and back by bus or taxi. Tour is interesting but since everything is automated it is rather bland. The souvenir shop is rather expensive given that it is suppose to be promoting Tiger. The bar is the highlight, well designed, large, and characterful. However, the staff... More

The tour guide was a young girl whose English wasn't the best to be honest, no-one on the tour could understand her and everyone seemed to lose interest. I'm a brewer myself so I found the wallboards and the history interesting but I can imagine why people would get bored. The rain and hailstones were chucking it down when we... More

Even though it's not very accessible via public transport, the tour would educate us about the process of brewing beer and we get to see the vats and equipments they use. Not to forget their beer tasting was the best I ever had. Fresh beer from tap and chill in with friends over a game of pool or darts.

This place is in the outskirts industrial area. I travelled in the bus from jurong west bus station. bought the ticket from the counter and waited till the guide came to take us. Initially we were explained about the 4 main ingredients to make the beer. Then we were taken to a place where barley was boiled in big containers..then... More

this says it all really. Cannot understand why we were charged 18 dollars each plus a child at 12. Apart from being offered time to take photos of medals or models it was better to read the walls . Sorry to say probably the worst value in Singapore
