My expectations are high whenever I go to a Mandarin for any reason. Fortunately, the Oriental Spa does not disappoint. When I last visited, I arrived at a busy time (people checking out and in) but the receptionist remained calm and ensured that everyone was seated with a cup of yes while they waited.

I have a spa package with the Oriental Spa that was signed in Jan 2008. The value of the package is in the thousands. Because of the value of the package, I was careful to inquire about expiry date.
