Very small terminal but facilities are not up to Singapore standards. Immigration is quick process, has only one duty free shop for liquor. Most problematic thing is finding Taxi on return. There will be huge queue waiting for Taxi but Taxi drivers don't bother coming to queue. There are some private taxis charging flat $50 for any location. Only hope... More

This is a ferry terminal close to the Changi airport so its easy to reach. But its quality is not upto Singapore standards. The place looks neat and is well organised but its service standards are a bit lower than anticipated. the check in and baggage are separated and the Emerald lounge is not bad it has free wifi but... You can change your foreign currency here if you need it but rates not that good. There is only one cafe here so expect prices to be steep. Not much shopping here.

After a smooth trip to Bintan and back and quick processing through immigration it was a sad end to our holiday when we had to wait over an hour for a taxi. There were limousine services offering a minimum $50 to take you into town which would normally be $20.

This is the ferry terminal where you can hop onto a ferry to Batam. I was headed to Nongsa Beach Resort and there was a direct ferry to the resort. I was a little early and there's a Killiney Coffee cafe there, where you can have some coffee and food. I then proceeded to clear immigration and waited in the... More

The conditions of the ferry terminal in terms of facilities and hygiene improved since my last review in 2013. I used this ferry terminal in 2014 (two times) and once in June 2015. Am pleased with the improvements. When you take a cab to TMFT, do ask if the cab driver can pick you up again when you return using... More

Nice and easy way to go across to Batam from Singapore. It has got few eatery which sells local pratas and local food. It takes about 35mins to go across. Big open carparks in front of ferry terminal make it easy to just drive there for few nights parking. Clean and plenty of seats to seat around and wait for... More

If you consider the terminal alone as a ferry point -- its actually not bad. Fairly modern, many conveniences and eats before heading out to neighbouring islands. Ticket processing was first rate and even baggage handling had an airport feel to it. Very efficient issue of checked baggage tags and tickets. They even had a small Yah-kun-like canteen just before... More
