Renovated, so it's much cleaner and more hassle-free than 10 years ago. Free WiFi. Queueing for and finding a taxi on return can be a problem, so for a short trip, drive and park is a good option - competitive with taxis. Also, not a lot of dining options. A less 'advanced' version of Singapore facilities.

It's an easy access to Bintan through this terminal. However, I find it too small especially during holidays where there are a lot of holiday goers. There are not enough benches available at the lobby so you need to stand around somewhere while waiting. There's only 1 bus (bus 35) that goes there.

This is a ferry terminal... it delivers what you should expect.. it only has two cafes and a convenience store... so amenities are limited compared to an airport. But the ferry services are all good... passport, emmigration and security are all quick efficient and easy to get through. Hassle free gateway to the resorts in Bintan... tropical paradise awaits on... More

All ferry services are displayed properly on monitors like in airports. The easiest way to get to Batam, Bintan Islands and for Ship Cruise. There are food joints including KFC there. Consideer there is rush always and therefore reach well in time.

The Indian guy during baggage check was extremely rude! Pls educate ur staff better with their choice of words. Telling people who place their bag in the plastic as "no common sense". We have a lot of foreigners in singapore and I wouldn't want other to label us as rude, uncivilised people- 26/9/15 1330hrs

Very small terminal but facilities are not up to Singapore standards. Immigration is quick process, has only one duty free shop for liquor. Most problematic thing is finding Taxi on return. There will be huge queue waiting for Taxi but Taxi drivers don't bother coming to queue. There are some private taxis charging flat $50 for any location. Only hope... More

This is a ferry terminal close to the Changi airport so its easy to reach. But its quality is not upto Singapore standards. The place looks neat and is well organised but its service standards are a bit lower than anticipated. the check in and baggage are separated and the Emerald lounge is not bad it has free wifi but... You can change your foreign currency here if you need it but rates not that good. There is only one cafe here so expect prices to be steep. Not much shopping here.

After a smooth trip to Bintan and back and quick processing through immigration it was a sad end to our holiday when we had to wait over an hour for a taxi. There were limousine services offering a minimum $50 to take you into town which would normally be $20.
