My first visit to Tanah Merah Ferry was just weeks ago on the 13 June 2014. I think the custom could done better at directing us even before we queue. First visit to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. The outer looks old but the interior not! Could be due to a weekday, and limited ferries running from the terminal, it feels less crowded that Harborfront Ferry Terminal

The ferry terminal is efficient and moving through it is a breeze. They have a cafetaria and 7-eleven which means it is easy to get a quick meal or some personal necessities if you forgot to bring something. However, do not expect any fancy stuff.

We went to Bintan on the 1st Jan this year and it was my 1st time travel to Bintan and of course this was my first time using this terminal. It was very small but very modern and clean , there were a few ATM machines and Kopitiam for you to dine in and of course the food price that... More

We went to Bintan for weekend before xmas. This was our first trip using the terminal and thought it was way more modern, cleaner, organized than we thought. It went fast and efficient both entering and exiting.

easy access by taxi. the terminal is clean, easy check-in, few shops to wait.... we had breakfast at killney kopitiam before departure. when we came back from bintan, unfortunately it was rainy day, queue for taxi was very long and no taxis!! all taxi companies were not contactable and apps were not respondable.... if you travel on rain season, advanced... Clean and easy just like everything else in Singapore! - Easy check-in - Clean grounds - Accessible from the Tanah Merah MRT (you can take the bus or taxi) - Quite number of shops - The cafe is quite overcharging. Kopi-C is $5!

Caught a taxi costing 7 singapore dollars from the Airport so nice and close. Was surprised with how modern it was as was expecting a dingy crowded place. Check in was quick and efficient and able to off load luggage early as we arrived a lot earlier than we should of but thought it would take longer and be busier.... More
