The space is too small. Not worth the price for 1 pathetic slide. Snow is dirty and rented boots are smelly.

A cool change from the hot weather outside. My young boys had great fun on the small slide at entrance and the giant slide using the tyre as the seat. Overall the place is relatively small but kids who have not seen snow before will find it very exciting. Maintenance of the jackets on hire is required (many of the... More

Fantastic real-snow experience for Asians. Admission fee is quite expensive. Bring own socks to save (or you may buy a pair for $2). Thick jackets are provided for free. Long pants are advised to be worn. Photos are not allowed inside. Snow City take pictures which customers choose and buy in cardboard frames. Snow tubing and snow castles are enjoyed... More

-Pretty congested -Limited activities -The sliding area is perhaps the only entertaining aspect -Safety needs to be revisited because of potential tripping and slipping hazards Tip: Do not buy a 2 hour ticket, you would get bored!!!

compared with our first visit to this place almost 8 years back, this place a bit outdated. Although the effort to make this venue always meeting the safety requirement was noted, yet some concerns identified, such as the clothings (worn out, velcro broken, helmet not proper etc.). We made a good decision for purchasing 1-hr play only (instead of 2-hr)... More

We visited this place in May 2014. This place is too small with hardly any play area. In that also one of the section was closed. The only thing to do was riding down the slopes on tubes. How much can you do that for 1 hour play. We took our 8 year old son there and he also did... More

Went here with my wife as she wanted so much to try and feel snow..went in and find it super small..they have a giant slope..a big snowman and a few sculpture..thats it..i... More

Good for the entire family. Nice fun on snow with all your thermo-wear, that can be hired from the place. When you are rolling down on the snow and enjoy yourself, you can get it videoed and save it for your private viewing. Place is really with all temperature controls in place. If you are visiting Singapore, don't miss this... More

don't waste your time. We thought the dino exhibition in Snow City would be fun for the kids. They don't allow you to take a camera in and we should have known... if they did I don't think they'd get that many visitors. After clambering in to cold and wet boots that were provided (but you have to rent most... More

For Asians, this is something different coz we don't really have winter and snow here in Asia. Sliding down the ice using the "big donut like rubber" is exciting..Other than the small pile of snow enough to make little snow balls and little snowmen, there is nothing much to do inside..
