Went with my family during the Jubilee weekend. This is my 2nd visit given a lapse of near to 10+ years. I was quite appalled that nothing much has changed. I believe for an attraction to be "evergreen" and attractive, there has to be a constant wow factor.

My kids were very excited to go to Snow City and experience the cold there. We queued for nearly an hour and were so restless but we finally got in. The moment my kids stepped into the snow chamber, they immediately started to try the ice slide. Other than that, they were quite bored with the ice sculptures. Stepping into... More

Got free tickets for SG50 where kids were excited to visit. Playground composed of some lousy plastic backyard kiddie furniture costing less than a couple hundred bucks, an old jet ski in ice and a couple of ice sculptures. Waited 20-min for a tube slide where tubes used are not fit for the ice hill in that 1 and 5... More

My kids were very excited to visit Snow City, but overall we were a bit disappointed. It is not cheap to take the family there, and there is only one thing to do - go down the hill on inner tubes. Since it is called Snow CITY I had expected there to more to it, maybe a free play space... More

At a walkable distance from Jurong East MRT. Kids around 6 years old may enjoy this but not for adults. The snow is more of lather no where close to real snow. Better avoid from the trip.

Our vacation to Singapore of 8 nights began with Science center and Snow City….. Although Science center itself needs a day we decided to cover Snow City along with that. Snow rooms is what I would call it. To begin with only a part ( Jacket and Gloves ) are provided and the rest needs to be purchased. What you... More

It has been more than 15 yrs that i last visited here with my kids...the place looks run down..upon entrance one can see ice sculptures of different dinosaurs..however photography disallowed here.then adults and kids can go up a skiing slope and slide down in tube. It is quite high and inconvenient for one to climb up.especially the middle aged like... More

The kids had a great time. We have never seen snow before, so the kids loved it but if you have seen real snow its not the same but good to have some time out of the heat

We ( family of 5) visited snow city for an hour. The concept of snow fun is quite nice, but snow city isn't much more then sliding down a ice ramp in tubes. It's fun. My kids (age 4-9) liked it. But don't book longer then 1 hour. The winter clothes they provide are very used (broken zippers etc) and... More

To begin with, most of the clothing thats available to rent either are ripped or over sized or zippers are broken, etc.. You get the drift. My husband was given a jacket which didnt have a zipper functional. After changing into three jackets, all three jackets were same, and the attendant asked my husband to just button the jacket up...
