I had purchased a note 3 from an Expo sale and then only after a week of using the "brand new " phone it will not charge , i had a horrible experience to have my phone checked, and then it is more than 7 days i reported to them since the problem happened on a Saturday and they were... More

Be very careful, in recent years Sim Lim Square has developed a bad reputation and rightfully so! I would avoid it altogether as goods sold there are often of inferior quality (not to use stronger words). Buying travel adaptors or headphones is still fine but for anything more expensive, head somewhere else.

We spent several hours here. We had been briefed on being extra careful and we actually enjoyed the top 3 levels more than the lower 2. I found some little bits and pieces that I could not find elsewhere .. but I also saw some rip off offers here and there. The seller for a clone apple watch did not... More

Finally after the world famous Mobile Air saga, the mall management, authority and most importantly those shop owners realised much to be done and indeed much have been done, although time will tell if those unscrupulous unethical business owners can change to be honest business owners. I still will be cautious for those shops at level 1&2 selling consumer electronics... More

Shopping mall full of just electronics equipment. You can get almost anything electronical as well as games and software. Do you research if your buying a big item like an expensive camera as some shops are more reputable than others.

This place just like MBK in Bangkok. A lot of scam going on for big stuffs i.e laptop, Xbox, mobile phone, camera etc. Many seller is not honest which mean you could get a fake brands and paid fully price. For little stuff like selfie stick, cable, parts, adapter and charger for Mobile phones is 3-4 times higher price compared... More

I had no trouble here. But indeed be aware. There's plenty of legitimate sellers, but also plenty who want to make a quick buck. I'm a local Caucasian. When I go there, I allocate half a day to look around. I enjoy walking around, see what is new and ask the same vendors over and over again on their best... More

This place is well known to locals for getting a bad press....Shops at the ground floor especially are known to put up very low prices for their products, but people soon find that they are conned thereafter...Tried looking at the stores at the upper levels, but prices are not that cheap. Was trying to shop for a new ipad...In the... More

I have paid 120 SGD to have my surface RT repaired. It takes all the way 6 months and I have visited the shop 3 times. Now it is totally dead and absorbed by dealer free of charge. Finally everything rests in peace.
