There has been many scammers report and poor bargain then you may have known reported. Avoid it as much as possible. Try establish dealer to get more freebies and safer bargains. I am a Singaporean living for more than 30 years.

Located at Rochor Canal Road, some walking distant from Little India and Bugis Street. Sim Lim Square is well-known for its electronic and cellphone. Be very careful when you commit to buying, make sure to get a eTRS Ticket on your way out. Been here too many time and being a gadget freak myself, I can hardly find the latest... More

It's tempting as you wander round to think you can bag a great bargain. And if you are prepared to haggle you can get some good savings. Alas, the deals are either vastly overpriced, or suddenly attract additional fees, or are a con. I needed a charger for my camera, I ended up buying a batter charger which, surprise surprise,... It is time the brands force upon Singapore Consumer forum and tourism board to take action on the shops here. I bought a iPhone 5 from Star one mobile last week the packet was opened in front of me, screen gaurd... More

I had planned to purchase a Sony interchangeable lens for my Sony Nex cam that is retailed at $1199 at Sony outlets (current promo at around $1080 after their 10% discount). I thought that I could get a lower price in Sim Lim Square by negotiating for better price, so decided to try my luck there. After browsing a few... More

word of the wise : DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! most of the savy locals know better and don't shop here at all. Its basically a place to lure suckers into believing they have gotten a good deal. This problem is not unique to singapore, its prevalent everywhere in the world. But in Singapore, this place is simply notorious. Take it... More

Bought some camera equipment and was convinced I was getting a good price, for some lenses made in Germany. After returning to my hostel and doing some research the goods are Chinese and not worth the price. They lure you in and make you feel good and trust worth but it is all about of a scam.
