What is this!???? This place is a run-down and it looks very poor. You hardly see any butterflies and the insect kingdom is ridiculous! They charge a lot of money, but to be honest, you don't get anything in return! Please be warned!! I definitely want my money back! And I should have read reviews first to avoid not only... More

Last day in Singapore and my wife wanted to visit the Sentosa Butterfly Park. A short cab ride ride and we arrived. $16 each was the fee - sounds ok. A quick count would be around 15 butterfly's in total and pretty run down. They did have around 5 Toucan's but we came for the Butterfly's. Would not advise anyone... More

Please don't waste your precious time at the island by visiting this place. You hardly get to see any butterflies leave alone the varieties. Please avoid this; there are plenty of other things out there.

Old, depressing, dead butterfly's on the ground. Would not recommend this at all. Poorly maintained. Went to the aquarium - fantastic!!! Such a bad way to end the afternoon.

Admittedly there had been a thunderstorm in the night but they are not uncommon in Singapore, there were only about 1/2 a dozen butterfly's and some of them were in poor condition, the place was quite grubby with rubbish lying around, I thought the butterfly enclosure at Changi airport was better and that's free.....don't waste your money here

Was disappointed by this attraction. It was run down and poorly maintained. There were very few butterflies and the enclosures that turtles and monitor lizards were kept in were very poorly maintained. They did have quite a good display of mounted butterflies and insects, but I am sorry to have to say that is the only positive. I would have... More

Fascinating and enjoyable for adults and children. Not a mammoth place but quite absorbing. Excellent variety and historic information. The challenge is the entry cost.... Very expensive for a family and that needs to be considered before going...

We would not have gone had we read the reviews previously. The live enclosures were not well maintained and very disturbing in the case of the Monitor Lizard. The magnificent large stick insects were squeezed into one small box and could hardly move. Very few butterflies. The upper staircase walkway in the butterfly was a safety and health issue. The... Looks like this place hasn't been maintained in a long time. There were two to three species of butterflies in the first enclosure. In the second area there were a bunch of parrots and iguanas for a photo opertunity. Why does this have to do with parrots or insects? They have a decent collection of pinned insects which in conjunction... More
