Considering this is the Philippines the beaches on the west side are kept very clean that can't be said about the rest of boracay. Unfortunately the message being send to the locals and tourists isn't seen beyond the beaches. plus the beach front hotels aren't like beach front elsewhere. There are nothing but cafes and nick-nacks.
