A fun course and challenging. It took a while to get used to having a caddy but they know their stuff. They know where to hit and where the breaks are. Cost is a bit high ($125 U.S plus $12 for the caddy) but if you want to golf thats the price you have to pay.

The whole staff was very accomodating and hospitable. World class rooms and scenery. Fantastic staffs. The combination of the 3 i mentioned above will surely give you a relaxing, enjoyable and memorable stay at Fairways & Bluewater Boracay. And with this, i cant wait to go there again. Thank you Fairways and Bluewater for such a fun getaway.

I know how packed the shuttle to fairways is with the overcrowding and some guests who don't seem to respect one's private space and tourists who never bothered to acknowledge your presence in spite of sharing the same bus ride! However, both times I went for riding makes the packed rides all worthwhile! I've tried horseback riding in many countries,... More

Very dissappointing hotel/resort. Not worth the 4 stars it has been given. I would grade this resort in the lower 3 stars. If it's large and has a golf course, does not automatically mean that you will experience a 4 star stay.... stay away!

The best thing about staying at Fairways would be having your private beach. There were warning signs about sea urchins that made me pretty hesitant to get into the water. It's the perfect place to go to if you want to be far from the crowds and just want to laze around. A lot of the guests are pretty rude... More

The actual rates are double the prices on the HomePage, i had to pay 4750 pesos to play 9 holes! Wien i asked why the price was more than doubled from their site the receptionist said that they forgot to update the HomePage and would not give any discount. Out of the 9 holes i played 4 where an active... More

See my previous review. Big; characterless; environmentally unfriendly; a blot on the landscape of Paradise; places like this shouldn't be allowed! Don't stay!

While this is my first time in Boracay, i wanted to play golf in what I was told was a beautiful golf course and challenging. To my suprise i was disapointed in the staff as they weren't very interested when I was asking questions about the course and cost. They had no information but Only the cost. Second the pro-shop... It was a nice and calm place to stay. Great service and helpful staff. Nice beach, and good choices of excursions.

As far as golfing is concerned, this was a little expensive. Because it was an extremely windy day, we opted out of playing. Shoes and clubs can be hired. Fantastic location on the beach. Nice resort located on site. No driving range. Swimming pools. Pro shop was not well stocked though we did buy a gold shirt and towel but... More
