Postcard-perfect photos everytime, as long as the sun is out. It gets crowded, however, especially along Station 2. To get a quiet spot, head towards the end of Station 3, after the boats. There are some rock formations there too that make it more picturesque, plus fish just slightly offshore for snorkelling enthusiasts.

We flew into Kalibo then rode a bus through the Aklan province and took a boat to Borocay. I thought I was escaping civilization and entering a paradise of peace and serenity while falling asleep to the sounds of the sea. I was wrong. Our hotel was at station 2. Directly across there was a live band blasting till midnight.... More

Stations 1 and 2 are noisy and crowded. One sees young people drinking whiskey from morning to night; the noise of thump thump loud music is hard to escape. The water is clear and the beach is decent, but the noise of spring break types interferes with the natural beauty of the beach and background mountains. Diniwald further up the... More

beautiful beach with powder white sand , marred by green algae in the water at station 2 when i was there. if you walked out about 25 metre the water was crystal clear and it was real heaven.

Although the nature is so good, managements of almost all the facilities is quite bad; you definitely would prefer to stay at a nice facility near the beach to enjoy the beach. And if you are not 18 and wanna have party at 140 db , you better go off season

beautiful postcard perfection. but very noisy. def for the young, party loving types. lots of choice for night time shenanigans - including clubbing and live music

You can choose from a plethora of stores, dive shops, restaurants and such, but all in all it simply is a little too touristy although there seemed to always be plenty of space for sunbathers on the beach.

In February, White Beach looked like it was in perpetual low tide. Hardly any waves, looked more like a lake than the sea. On top of that, a big chunk was covered in algae.
