Perhaps the beach has been affected by the more recent typhoons but it was looking very shabby. I had seen pictures of this beach taken in summer and they did not reflect what I saw. The beach was quite dirty looking and two drainage pipes fed directly into the beach, one of which was letting water into the roped off... More

I'v been down to Bulabog Beach a couple of times on my stay to watch the people kite surf. If I knew how to do it myself I would have definitely been there all day! If you are looking for a place to swim White Beach would be better because there are no surfers down that side. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=h4Z2YI14ojM I hope... More

If you are into water sports and activities, then you won't mind this beach being a bit crowded during low season. All activities see you being taken by boat quite a distance off shore to where the water is beautiful, warm and clear. We had a great time on the banana boat ride, parasailing, helmet diving and swimming in general.... More

since we came at low season...this beach is so crowded with boat since all the activities are here during rainy season. the best view of sun rising can be seen here...it's so dramatic..one must not miss it.. since we experience low tide in one of our stay...we were able to experience the biodiversity this place has to offer...where locals grab... Too many boats and people in the monsoon season: apparently it's nicer in peak season when everyone is over the other side of the island at White Beach. It does, however, provide a convenient place for diving boats to leave from if the weather on the other side isn't good enough.

This area is good as a change to hang out and watch the kite surfing and wind surfing sports. I went to the Timog kite school, the food there is excellent! :) and all the other kiters from the other schools drop in to have food there. The staff were friendly and great crew all round. I did a windsurfing... More

I understand that during our visit it was considered ow season and the boat operators and tours operate off this beach due to the prevailing winds. Not my cup of tea. However, in the high season I understand its an excellent kiteboarding beach.

If you're too tired to visit White Beach and all its crowd. You can walk for roughly 5-10 minutes to the opposite beach, Bulabog. It is not as good as White Beach in terms of natural features, but still fairly good to spend you're lazy afternoon, reading a book, walking on the seashore... If you're lucky and visit Boracay during... More

This beach is really more known for active water sports i.e. kite surfing, wind surfing, etc. It was the start of the Habagat season so most of the water activities on White Beach have moved here. I've never really considered this beach fit for swimming but during our very recent visit, the beach area was really filthy and smelled like... More
