Enjoyed this because of funny guide and delicious ice candy!

If it's as a part of daily tour is ok, otherwise you have nothing to miss. The staff is excellent , very good boys and girls who knows a lot about butterflies make a nice briefing buy the viewing is really poor. They inform us that is better to visit at the morning if you want to see many butterflies,... More

Visited this place as part of an excursion to chocolate hill. Average attraction, could do with more living butterflies. The thing that made my visit was the guide that was very friendly and told interesting stories about butterflies.

Admittedly I went into this sanctuary expecting very little to interest me. I was however pleasantly surprised by some things. Although it is certainly lacking butterflies for a butterfly sanctuary, it does feature some of the more interesting species that your tour guide introduces you to. The pictures with butterflies on our face were fun, as well as taking pictures... More

Arrived here at about 9am and were back in the car at 9.05am. The butterfly enclosure is really small and there were not many butterflies to see. The best bit was seeing the hairy catapillers in the jars at the beginning. We did not see any guides but maybe it was too early in the morning? We exited the enclosure... More

My friends and I went there today, hoping to see some nice and colorful butterflies. When we arrived, we were completely shocked of this place (and not in a good way) : they have only about 5-10 butterflies (sometimes there are more butterflies in a small public garden next to my house), most of them are black or brown and... Very simple exhibition of Bohol Habitat. Very few butterflies and nothing to see there. The entrance fee is required (about 40php). But it is included in what they call 9 destination of Bohol Adventure tour. You can skip this place to save your time.

Not that many butterflies but still a nice place to go. It's educational and the tour guide is entertaining.
