Great place but if you want to go book early. They cant handle the modest amount of tourists they have to the caves. More

It is no surprise that this was voted as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Its an amazing natural wonder complete with informative and very entertaining tour guides. If given the chance, take the front seats on the boat ride so you can have the best view of the tour. This also gives you the responsibility of holding... More

The almost 2 hours long travel was really worth it 'coz Underground River was perfectly wonderful with its natural beauty. Just upset when we didn't had a perfect shot inside the cave 'coz it's too dark. The flashlight man in-charged don't know how to handle the light. So, when you guys get there, see to it that the man in-charged... More

The trip to the underground river consists of a 1.5 hour bus ride and a 20 minute boat ride after lunch. Depending on the time of your permit you could be waiting awhile. This wasn't a big deal as you are waiting in beautiful areas. You have lunch and catch the boat at Sabang Beach which is very beautiful. Then... More

This place was simply amazing. I was expecting a small place with some stalagmites, but did not expect to be awed by a 60 meter high cavern with bats, stalagmites formations, and a funny tour guide. It was really stunning to see the creation of mother nature in one if its rawest forms. The only downside is that you spend... More

makes you really appreciate the world we live in, and what many years it has taken to create such beauties. our tour guide obviously had made the trip one too many-- his dry recycled humor was funny only in the beginning but in the end only cause for a lot of distraction from our silent admiration for the caves, More

I wanted to see the underground river as it had made it the finals for the Worlds 7th wonders of nature, I have booked a tour through a travel agent and was happy of the service.however the attraction itself was a little disappointment considering the long trip going there, more than 3 hours.. a van ride, motor boat ride then... Better plan for your trip this new 7 wonders. Splendid and a must not miss. See the different rock formations while taking the basic 45 minutes boat your with guide. Guides provide interesting, educational and funny! From Sabang port, you will need to get certain permits (environmental, etc.), ride a boat (banca), walk through the park see giant lizards- then... Went to PPUG River, it was amazing. Cons: Early Wakeup, Long Drive from Puerto Princesa Long wait times once at port, and entrance Pros: Amazingly Beautiful One of the 7 wonders Great Outdoor Day trip If they had a better system for waits, that would be great. Huge waits, and an all day tour just for 30-45 minutes in the... More
