You can find all the basics here. A few good places to eat some shops an a good place to change money. There is a good Doctor here if you need one. She is very good and speaks excellent English. On my first trip I found her out of need. 2 visits ans the required medication cost less than $60.00... More

I met with the physician at the clinic here. She tells me that all the town sewage finds It's way into the bay untreated, & ameobic dysentery is common. I would suggest walking to Little Laguna to swim, you will find easy snorkeling with Nemo there I did not like Sabong, I thought it dirty.

There are several little restaurant jewels nestled in Sabong and some cool bars. It's a party town, but from what I saw the 40s/50s plus group would be happiest here. I'm not sure if you'll get much attention as a single western women - but that's not uncommon in the Philippines.

A nice little town with plenty of places to eat, buy fruit and water, and plenty of flip flop shops!! Hire the tricycles from here, they are great fun.

If you're into bars and picking up souvenirs, this is the place to go. We use this as our entry point (by boat or by land) to Small Lalaguna which is quieter and more laid back.

Dirty, vendors chasing after us, massage parlors, too many to count. However, it was an experience, to be sure!

Sabang is a dive place... with a bit of night life. It is not a "beach" place. There are some nice restaurants and a few discos and girlie bars, and a few places have good live bands. It is a place to hang out and go SCUBA diving. Don't come here and expect great night life, and don't come here... More

Sabang looks like someplace that Popeye would live. It is crowded with Foreigners. There are a couple of good disco's some so so girly bars but some of the best scuba in the Philippines.

Enjoyed 1 full day exploring Sabang and the nearby beaches. An easy walk along the beach to big & small La Laguna which have much nicer beaches than Sabang itself and more laid back. Lots of bistros and pubs to choose from ... we had a good meal at the Big Apple

We were told there was shopping here. It was a tiny area for locals. The only shopping were people on the dock trying to ridiculously overcharge for items.
