very picturesque falls

From the highway, this towering falls is beautiful and camera-ready. The cool air from its water splash is very soothing and refreshing.

You can't get right under the falls for fear of something like a coconut falling on your head. But there is a man made pool that captures the water just below. It's worth the trip

The local government should look into this, littering is not controlled, access to the falls requires the payment of an entrance fee, food and beverages can be purchased but cleanliness is left at the discretions of the patrons. No garbage area, no dedicated employee to assist and make sure that the area remains clean. We collected our own garbage and... More

I think what you will enjoy most were the views that you pass along the road.... The road getting there was quite high so you have a good vantage point. But, the falls itself was just average... or maybe it was because I went there during the "dry" season.... the water was not that much and the pool looked quite... More

Those saying that the waterfall was boring most probably did not explore the area in its entirety. Entrance is only PhP 30 and you can get access to the man-made waterfall and pool (which are both a little mossy, skip those) as well as the waterfall at the lower level. You would have to go down steep stairs, but it's... More

The falls are pretty and worth a stop if going to Tukuran or hidden paradise or just a cruise round the spectacular coastal road but the best view is about 200 metres away on the road with no viewing area nearby. Why they have not built a stairway up by the side and warning people of the X hundred of... More

It's the drive around Puerto Galera, not the destination. Driving to the Tamarraw Falls has magnificent view of the beach and islands. Breathtaking views even. And we got to see Tamarraw Falls from far away. Our kids very much love to swim so they just had to dipped in the very cold swimming pools. We also went all the way... More
