My husband and I spent 2 days with Supy. Supy and the driver, Mr. Sam, picked us up at the airport, they were on time both early mornings, and the driver returned us to the airport at 4 AM. Mr. Sam is a very safe driver, we never had any concerns for our safety. Supy is very knowledgeable, and arranged... More

I booked a private 1-day tour with Supy in March 2014 to Borobodur and Prambanan, It was just for myself, and there was a driver provided, and Supy. The price was rather high but I needed something with only 24 hrs notice and other top-rated tours were full so I agreed; also I hoped the high price would mean a... More

We contacted Supy the night before by text to book a tour and he proposed us something very classical - Borobodur and Prambanan for an ok price. A driver came to pick us up then drove us of to Borobodur then to Prambanan. No guide included, despite what previous review led us to think. Not that it was an issue... More

Known as the ancient Javanese Kingdom, located at tthe heart of the city (Maliboro St.) is Yogyakarta. Attractions we saw were The Sultan's Palace (a living museum with antiquity), Museum Batik (Wiji Hartons/Kabul) where we witnessed the batik processing. In Borobudur, we came to see the Borobudur Budhist Temple (largest budhist monument in existence). After we watched a cultural dance,... More

A staff in the hotel recommended the driver to me when I told that I haven't arranged anything for my next day tour. Thanks for the hotel staff's help, and he found Galant for me. Galant is a polite and friendly man. He arrived my hotel earlier to pick me up. He can speak much English and tried to explain... More

We just spent two days with Supy and a very nice driver. The reservation was easy as you can just call or email Supy and ask him for availibility and tour details. The first day we went to Borobodur and Prambanan. The next day we had a trip to Mount Merapi and afterwards a city tour in Yogyakarta including sultan... More

Having a private day tour with Supy was a wise decision for us, at least we had control of our schedule and we got a one-on-one tour guide. The car that Supy used to drive us around (with a driver) is new and comfortable, especially after a very early start and tiring walks, we were able to sleep well in... More

For anyone not interested in reading all of the narrative below, here is the synopsis: I have booked a day trip from Semarang to Borobudur with "Supy" Suprapto. I found his service reliable and to high professional standard. The car was new and comfortable, and the ride was safe. Supy himself was experienced, polite, and his command of English was... More

Yogyakarta really nice also to visit in the day, better you go in the morning, still fresh and not hot , not really big city but nice with the culture.

Both the places are beautiful, though the entrance fee is high but worth the trip. You may encounter lots of peddlers in Borubodur which is a bothersome. Also please check the weather before going. All the 4 days I was there it was raining in the evenings. The Water castle trip was a waste but not sure of Kraton.
