This Immanuel Church is the oldest Protestant church in Jakarta. It's located in the center of Jakarta just opposite the Gambir Train Central Station of Jakarta.

Interesting old Dutch Lutheran church on the Monas square ( Medan Merdeka ), worth a look, coupled with other attractions nearby, such as the Nacional Galery, the Monas itself, and other historical buildings around the square, one of the biggest in the world

I think this is one of the oldest building in Jakarta. The amazing thing is that all of the ornaments still can be seen. Nice building for taking pictures too. It helps that it near the major train station, so you can reach it easily.

I was here for my cousin's wedding. This place had a majestic colonial feel to it and it is probably the last place in Jakarta with that ambiance.
