Rugby was really enjoyable. It was a real party and it's really fun to go with friends. Beer was reasonably priced. Tickets weren't really hard to get, although you have to bargain. It's a pretty good excuse to get drunk at noon :)

Unbelievable experience. If you like rugby and/or partying you will love this. Beware that the South Stand fills up v early on Saturday. Once full there is often a queue of several (5+) hours to get in. However the North and South stands are the only places you can drink at your seats. The East and West stands are more...

The rugby is enjoyable the alcohol is overpriced, Starbucks take forever to do a simple cup of coffee, the food is disgusting, the cost and quality of the apparel on sale is ridiculous, I have no idea why the south stand is so popular, and, trying to get a ticket is the most frustrating experience....
World class rugby, an unbelievable party atmosphere, singing, dancing and the lunacy which is the South Stand. What's not to love?* * vile, drunken, semi naked teenagers but hey ho, you can't have everything...!
Vodka RedBull or Pimm's Cup by the pitcher, scores of friends dressed up in team costumes / fancy-dress, meat pies & KFC, dancing in the stands, flying cups of beer....oh wait, and did I mention there's a rugby game going on? For 3 days? And everyone goes out after the game past sunrise? Yeah, you might die. But you won't....

Rugby was good and beer was cold.Great chance to catch up with friends from all over the place plus sample the best of what HongKong has to offer.Seafood at Lama Island and lots of cold beer.
Ok so I am a Rugby fan and have always enjoyed the atmosphere at the Rugby 7s. It appeals to many, The Rugby fans who enjoy watching 24 Nations compete in 15 minute games, to the teens who dress up in fancy dress to be with their friends in the South Stand and to the Corporates who Network, drink and...

Went to Friday and Saturday matches. Fantastic atmosphere with breaks every 10 mins for dancing and singing. love the fact no one seems to like the French for some reason. crowd well behaved. Food and beer can be pricy.
Apart from the difficulty in getting tickets it is a great day and there is plenty of action all day. One downside is trying to get away from the stadium at the end of the day. Roads were closed for quite a distance around the stadium so could not get a taxi and it was quite a walk to the...

Fantastic fun. Lots of happy, drunk people having a great time. And some rugby as well. Go to the South Stand if you can.
