One of the best rugby atmospheres that I have experienced. Very colorful and exciting ,quick games and powerful displays from all corners of the world. Best day is the last with the finals but plenty of tickets available for the others, some locals sell or given away.

All you need you can buy. Even at night. Sevens are everywhere so you can easily buy drink or food or even coffee in some shops,

You will love the atmosphere of the sevens. There is nothing like it where other sevens competitions come second best to the Hong Kong Sevens. Now you will have to love some walking and crowds as that is what it is all about or just do not go!

Having worked within rugby in the UK I was really excited to hear we had 3 day passes for the sevens associated with a rugby club. We met many of our group for the first time on the Friday night at the stadium. Its a bit tricky to find and just like Twickenham its a trek from the station. But... More

In fact, for most people it's barely about the rugby at all. This is really about having a big party. That said, speaking as an actual rugby fan, if you do want to watch some rugby without quite the full carnival atmosphere the Friday evening is relatively calm and there's still plenty of good rugby (less expensive too). Getting there... More

Make no mistake, this is about the party not the sport. If you want the party head to south stand and get there as early as possible - aim for seats higher up to avoid the gross chucking of food, wee and everything in between (I caught a loaf of bread)! If you actually want to watch some rugby avoid... More

Whether you are a rugby fan or not - if you are here when it is on - turn up, dress up and enjoy! It's 7 am and you just walked past cleopatra, superman and some angry birds.....Rugby 7's it is! Tickets are like gold dust and it's easier to get outside of HK at rugby clubs than here. There... More

Great experience, it was the first time for me to see it. Even I did not know the rules of the game very well

2015 will be our 4th consecutive year. The most fun experience / holiday possible. The booze is flowing, the music is playing (until late), the streets are packed and everyone gets involved whether they're a group of young girls or retired guys. Never felt un-safe during the day or night and banter is key! Threw it down last year (1st... More

Went in March 2012. Great experience and atmosphere. Worth a visit whether you're a rugby fan or not.
