another area of HK and another small contrast to surprise. a nice waterfront park with a pretty good look out tower and insect garden, but the area in general has an awesome collection of bike / walking paths which interconnect. good way to kick back for a day.

This park is one of the biggest park built and managed by LCSD HK. Reaching this place is not very easy. We took the MTR to Tai Po Market. We were informed that 275R bus takes us directly to the Tai Po Waterfront. We boarded the bus and by the time we realised the bus had passed the stop that... More

Nice park along the bay with an observation tower that provides good views. Be sure to go on a nice day. I'll need to head back some time with warmer weather. There's quite a few activities from lawn bowling to motorboats in the pool.

Every body in the park was walking or riding bicycle only us was tired from running everyday here and there so we only sat and enjoyed the time watching them doing their sport and our children were playing happily

It's a nice park at the coast side in Tai Po. Nice for a walk or bike ride (no dogs allowed). It's clean and you can enjoy a nice breeze of the ocean.

We actually came here back in December but I'd forgotten to review it until now. It is a beautiful park to wander through. We hired bikes and rode along to the damm, the scenery is stunning and is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong Island, well worth the trip out there.

Often staying in Tai Po Centre every time I visit HK, I enjoy exercising at this waterfront park. It is often crowded with people exercising even at 6 am in the morning. There are many people running, jogging, doing tai chi, and playing chess. It is great to get a breath of fresh air without the smell of smog in... More

This beautifully landscaped park occupies approx 22 hectares and is alleged to have cost over $220m to construct. It was opened in 1997, just before Hong Kong was handed back to China, and the spiral Lookout Tower commemorating the handover commands a panoramic view of Tolo Harbour and Horse Saddle Hill (Ma On Shan). Some of the features include: Central... More
