While on a brief visit to Hong Kong, I googled tea places to visit and hit upon Ming Cha. Its a must !! We learned a lot about tea and tried many that made us know exactly which one we should buy. The owner is a lovely lady and she helped us to pick the right type of tea.

We visited ming cha in tai koo on sept 2nd 2014 and it was a wonderful experience to start our trip in hongkong. Thank you MingCha!!! For allowing travellers to experience a genuine tea tasting workshop. Thank you for accommodating our two young children and making them feel part of the experience. While in HK for business, I had to drop by MingCha due to its TA reputation. All expectations were surpassed and my learning experience with Vivian gave me a new found appreciation for Tea and the extensive Chinese traditions behind Tea culture.
