We had booked the to and fro tickets from Klook on Cotai for travelling to Macau from Hong Kong. We were surprised to find the ferry with good comfortable seats and adequate luggage space. One can ask for a window seat before entering the ferry. The ride was fast and smooth however one tends to get sleepy on the way.... More

There are two ferry companies that operate between HKG and Macau - Cotai Water Jet and Turbo Jet. Locals say both are virtually the same in schedule, duration, ship type, amenities on board etc and price. Online CWJ were cheaper than Turbo so we went with them. Have a look at their promotions section online as they tend to have... More

This is by far more superior service & snacks/drinks provided , as compared to turbojet. The seating is comfy & there's more choices for drinks if you buy a first class ferry ticket. There's a luggage rack as you enter the hydrofoil. Seating for first class is upstairs, economy is below. Toilets kept very clean upstairs. As we stayed in... More

We bought tickets from Kowloon to Macau on the one sailing each day that ends at the main terminal in Macau. We went back to this terminal to return to Kowloon only to find that they go from the taipa terminal. The staff member there was very unhelpful. Her English seemed okay so I can only put it down to... More

It was our 1st time in HongKong and we wanted to visit Macau. This ferry ride was an exciting new experience. The ride was fast, comfortable and very affordable. It made our visit to Macau fast and safe.

The actual ferry trip was perfectly fine (it is what makes this a two star review instead of only one). What was so disappointing were the scalpers. They don't even try to be covert. They are literally a few metres directly in front of the ticket booths. And the ferry companies don't even bother to clamp down on them. It... More

Took the ferry during Christmas Eve. The ferry was delayed for an hour plus. Super crowded and long queue. Ruined our schedule for the day in Macau. Despite the delay, but the ferry was comfy and it was a smooth journey to Macau.

The entire experience was smooth. The ticketing, on-time scheduling, comfortable large assigned seats, smooth sailing, quick ride, all lead to a positive experience. Clean. Rides and feels like an airplane. One hour from Hong Kong to Macau.

The ticketing, security, and boarding were extremely smooth and quick. The ride was comfortable with wide seats and large windows. Arrival in Macau was just as smooth, as they use the smaller Taipa terminal which allowed for faster security checks. The trip back was very nice as nice. I would definitely use them again on any future trips to Macau.

the ride in the ferry from hong kong to macau was comfortable. took us an hour but really nice and comfortable. the only drawback is while on your return they really make you wait in long queues which is very annoying when you want to get back and your tired.
