I've taken the Cotai ferry to Taipa at least a dozen times and every single time, it's been quick and timely. The staff are great and when I pay for the 1st class, I really enjoy the ride - even moreso even though regular class is fine. The 1st class gives you wifi and also a little snack that frankly... My review is really polar opposite on two key aspects of this ferry service - one is the ferry ride itself which was outstanding and deserves five stars and the second is the ticketing practice that does not deserve even single star. When we reached Hong Kong China Ferry terminal (Victoria harbor area) at around 8:45am, the agent at the... More

Considering these Ferries ship thousands of Punters to the Hotels and Casinos from Hong Kong and China it's a sorry sight throughout. I couldn't make out if the Taipo Ferry Terminal is still a building site or if this is it. Either way it's an embarrassment considering the opulence of the Hotels. Plug the Mega Casinos for a few Bucks... More

we took the Macau ferry from the main ferry terminal, and someone ended up on the Cotai Water Jet. Pricing wasn't bad, and the trip over was good. They served a snack and a drink while on the way. You end up right by the airport from where free buses will get you to various hotels and gambling locations. We... More

In Hong Kong make you're way to the Ferry Terminal on HK island, Take elevators to the 3rd floor, then follow Signage. If traveling with large bags there are no luggage trolleys available. customs and immigrations procedures are easy just remember to take you're passport. If you have large bags you can check them in but you will need to... More

Very fast, clean and decent. Superb experience for us travelling from Macau to HK. It take only half time compared to regular ferries.

Upon arriving at the Kowloon Ferry Terminal we were "approached" by Cotai Water Jet staff and quickly ushered to the ticket window. In good faith we purchased a return ticket, with our return ticket indicating a departure time of 9.30 pm. When we queried this time (which was just allocated to us, rather than discussed) we were given a clear... More

My wife & I recently did a day trip to Macau. We used the Cotai Water Jet (first class) from Hong Kong to Macau and used the Turbojet (super class) from Macau to Hong Kong. Both crossings were smooth & took 1 hour, but we preferred the Cotai water jet for the following reasons: - It's about 70HKD cheaper on... More

If you are going to Macau from TST/Kowloon terminal beware of un-uniformed locals accosting you to buy their tickets from in front of the official Coati desk when you arrive at the ticketing level out the lifts. What happens is these locals buy the tickets in bulk and resell to tourists at an increased premium of around $50 per ticket.... More
