I tried to buy 3 first class return tickets to Macau online, after checking out their website I was told I could get a good discount if I bought the tickets through their app. So, app downloaded ( and what a clunky terrible app it is..) I kept on being told that the departures I wanted were full and to... More

Arrived at the terminal 15 minutes before next boat. Purchased tickets and were through to the waiting area within 5 minutes. Opted for first class as it was only slightly more expensive and included a drink + snack, and slightly nicer seats.

Pleasant trip in first class. Was hungry and nice to have a snack and a beer. Internet worked fine. It was a bit rough of a ride, but no real issues. Nice to get off first by being in first class - that made it worth it.

The lady who took our food orders in Cotai First must have made a mistake as we were given different drinks from what we ordered. We then told this to another staff named Gordie Lai. He changed the drinks but not without giving us a bad attitude. After giving the correct can of softdrink, he didn't give us straw so... More

Took the Taipa- Hong Kong Island ferry recently. You can book a later ferry time & go early but not the other way round. Trip was fine on economy class. I guess most people can live with no wifi for 50 minutes! You have to lug all your own luggage

I booked the ticket at the hotel concierge for coach class, but last minute decided to upgrade as I won the night before at the casino. Worth the 100MOP upgrade...you get a snack and a drink, and no cue getting on
