My wife and I went to Macau from Hong Kong on the CotaiJet. The concierge in our hotel got the tickets for me, charging me €6 commission, and saved me all the hassle. We were advised to arrive about 30 minutes early which seemed a long time to me. However as soon as we arrived we realised why as the... More

I frequently take CotaiJet from Taipa Ferry Terminal (Macau) to HKIA SkyPier. If you spend your last day in Macau and you have to take your flight from HKIA you can take the ferry service from Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal. Taipa Ferry Terminal is closer if you are staying in Conrad, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Four Seasons, Venetian,... More

Bought our tickets from SCC - Cotai Travel Agency that provide no service at all & all staffs are living in their own world & doesn't seems alive or paying attention. Staff was Unable to provide advice & walk away leaving us to figure out a solution ourselves!! Ferry Ride from Taipa ferry terminal direct to HKIA Skypier was smooth... More

I took the Cotai last week from HK to Macau. I bought a ticket at the Kowloon terminal. I was aggressively sold a roundtrip that I later learned was useless when I went to return to HK. (and I didn't care if I returned to HK or Kowloon). It turns out that Cotai sailings TO HK are from a different... More

Our ticket was upgraded to first class when we were going to Macau. They served complementary drinks and snacks on board (HongKong's famous cookies). If you have the tendency to have motion sickness while traveling on water, ferry services may not work out for you. The trip was a little turbulent because of the strong winds that day. You need... We purchased first class tickets, which are very reasonable, and the jet was wonderful. We left on-time, the water wasn't too choppy (mostly just while docked in Hong Kong) and we got a drink and snack-box. It would be nice to be able to get a 2nd drink but other than that it was great. If you have a group... More

Great Crossing especially considering sea state- heavy chop - But No WiFi. ... took more than a 1/2 hr. Closer to 1 hr. Comfortable seats like aircraft business class. Associated w/ Cotai Strip Casinos in Macau. There is free bus transport to hotels from Tapi district (not downtown) where ferries arrive.

This is a fast and economical way to travel to Macau. The ferries are spacious and comfortable and you are given a seat number which saves hassling to get a seat. Be wary of traders selling return tickets at a cheaper price as the return trip does not specify a time and you may have to wait in a long... More

Great way to get over to Macau and really quick. This is a very busy service but it's very well organised. Seats in first are very comfortable and the journey over is quite relaxing. The staff are very kind and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

We were staying in Sheraton Hotel at Cotai Strip so the hotel staff recommended that we take the complimentary shuttle service to Taipa Ferry Terminal for Cotai Jet to our next destination in Hong Kong island. We took Turbo Jet from HK Airport to Macau on our arrival, so comparing the two ferries, I prefer Cotai Jet, because it looked... More
