I came in here one evening, asking for directions to the starting point, and possible tips, for The Peak Circle Walk and other walks around The Peak. The staff pointed out the starting point to the trail, and suggested that it might be getting late to walk the trail fully at that time - especially if I wanted to stop... More

Didnt offer me any brochures at first when went in at Star Ferry Terminal. Here's a map.Had to ask if they had any guides for walking around HK Found then in a draw. They should have been available from the counter. Information given was also incorrect about attraction.

You need a good map to explore Hong Kong. You can get one here for free. Staff speak English and are helpful. This is also the place to book some of the government-sponsored tourist events such as the harbour cruise on a junk. If you are totally sure of what you want to do and know how to do it,... More

Stop here before you board the Star Ferry in Kowloon. It is tucked away conveniently at the pier. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just describe what you are interested in and you will get recommendations tailored to your needs! Like a human guidebook. I stopped in for advice every day, as HK was a last minute trip and I was... We stopped by the Hong Kong Tourism Board Center before getting on the Star Ferry and so glad we did. We didn't do much research and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. They have iPads with photos of the sights. After recommendations from Sarah we were well on our way for a week of exploring Hong Kong. Thank... More

Well I didn't really need any help but the convenience and location of the tourism board made for an irresistible stop. Also being in an cable car was neat to look at. Can pick up some brochures and pick the brain of the staff, who are very helpful and genuinely like their job and helping tourists. They are unbiased in... More

We had the pleasure of Ray giving us information about what to do while in Hong Kong. He was very professional and knowledgable about all aspects and questions we had. He also helped us to get wifi access at a much more reasonable rate than at our hotel. Thanks Ray 😊

I always go to the HK Tourism Centre when in hK. They have lots of free maps, good advice etc. If you get lost or are trying to know about a cultural event they can help. They also used to give out free booklets on what was on for the week - but I think that is online. They have... More

The staff speaks excellent English and gives free material, maps and information about just everything in the city. They don't promote packages for fees, rather they offer the most affordable and tailored-for-you options to visit as much as possible and stay in budget!
