Stop here before you board the Star Ferry in Kowloon. It is tucked away conveniently at the pier. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just describe what you are interested in and you will get recommendations tailored to your needs! Like a human guidebook. I stopped in for advice every day, as HK was a last minute trip and I was... We stopped by the Hong Kong Tourism Board Center before getting on the Star Ferry and so glad we did. We didn't do much research and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. They have iPads with photos of the sights. After recommendations from Sarah we were well on our way for a week of exploring Hong Kong. Thank... More

Well I didn't really need any help but the convenience and location of the tourism board made for an irresistible stop. Also being in an cable car was neat to look at. Can pick up some brochures and pick the brain of the staff, who are very helpful and genuinely like their job and helping tourists. They are unbiased in... More

We had the pleasure of Ray giving us information about what to do while in Hong Kong. He was very professional and knowledgable about all aspects and questions we had. He also helped us to get wifi access at a much more reasonable rate than at our hotel. Thanks Ray 😊

I always go to the HK Tourism Centre when in hK. They have lots of free maps, good advice etc. If you get lost or are trying to know about a cultural event they can help. They also used to give out free booklets on what was on for the week - but I think that is online. They have... More

The staff speaks excellent English and gives free material, maps and information about just everything in the city. They don't promote packages for fees, rather they offer the most affordable and tailored-for-you options to visit as much as possible and stay in budget!

Arrived in Hong Kong early the morning. Not knowing what to do we stopped at the desk for advice. "Windy" was extremely helpful, even making notes on the map, as she was explaining our route and giving us ideas of what we could on the rainy, windy, misty day in the city.

Even though we had our guide book and trip advisor to help us, we still found the visitor centre here well worth a visit. They have loads of leaflets and the staff know everything there is to know so if you have any queries about places you want to visit or recommendations have a chat with them. Very friendly and...
