Great selection, full fitting rooms

Of course, H&M has a wide range of selection. But what I don't like with this branch is it gets to be full after office hours.

Today on 2014/4/06, my family and I received the worst customer service in our lives by two fitting room staffers named "Jeno/Gino/Jino/Geno" (male) and "Lam" (female) at the H&M branch in Tai Koo. Lam was verbally combative and visibly testy and irritated when I informed her that a fitting room was being used by my sister. Later on, Lam bluntly... More

The salesmen and ladies were very helpful and accomodating. You just have to look around a bit to find good buys. Items are straight forward what-you-see is what-you-get.

One branch of the famous H&M brand shops, I admit that I did not go to look for it as if it were a Museum, I just had the good fortune to find it by chance during a rainy evening a modest dress store quite large with nice stuff, but nothing more.

I happen to have visited their flagship store in Central during a trip to HK and I must say that their staff service has ruined the entire shopping experience for me. I bought a jacket which I wanted to wear immediately and politely asked him to cut the tag. He pretended not to hear my first request so I had... More

My wife was hoping to find a different selection of sizes than could be found at the Seoul H&M location. She was disappointed that the selection and sizing was similar to the Seoul locations.
