Whenever we're in Hong Kong we always make a point of visiting New Town Plaza, we can't help but do so, as we stay in a village a very short bus ride away. New Town Plaza is serviced by the MTR, numerous buses, taxis, and those "siu ba" light transport, so it is incredibly easy to get to. The place... More

Forget ladies market! For teens and twenty something's, this is where to get all your beauty, hair, accessories and trendy clothes (that you may only wear once). Classic Asian market shopping with stalls and stalls of accessories and clothes.

The mall was big and shiny. However, the price was the same as anywhere else in hk. If u r short on time and don't mind buying full price. Then it's good for that. Average shopping and not much bargain.

New Town Plaza is right on top of the Shatin MTR rail station running from north to south from the border with Mainland China down to Hunghom Terminal in Kowloon - where connection by rails to most parts in Hong Kong is possible. That partly explains its popularity - especially for tourists from Mainland China and locals, too (more evidently... More

Shops and restaurants not special, you can see all these shops over the other malls. I don't know why lots if people especially from mainland come to New Town Plaza for shopping. Very crowded! It takes very long time to wait to get in the restaurant even in tea time.

If you are shopping for fashion and beauty then this is a good place to go. This shopping centre has a mixture of local brands and luxury brands like Burberry, Moschino and Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors. If you are looking for beauty and cosmetic products then there are brands like Dior, Estee Lauder and L'Oreal. Joyce Boutique has niche... More

My family of five had just come from legoland malaysia and stayed a day and a half at the Royal park hotel in Sha Tin for some needed shopping therapy. It was a weekend and the place was packed with locals! And for you shopaholics, this is the place to be! 350 stores and super number of restaurants will keep... More

This mall has many levels and spread out over a large area so can be quite confusing and intimidating at first. However, if you are a shoppaholic, you will love it as there are just so many shops to browse, ranging from your high ends brands to the commoners taste as well. If you are staying at the Royal Park... More

This shopping center is so big and has so many nice store. I only went here for a few hours and I ate at a restaurant on the upper levels. It was fantastic! From the upper floor there is a few doors that go out to the balcony and from there you can see a good portion of the city... More

This place was packed full of people at all times. A little too much for my Minnesota taste, but if you can handle the people, the shopping was excellent!
