Far less crowded than the TST and Ladies Market. Besides the market experience DO drop by to the seaside and have a drink on an alfresco and enjoy the sunset!! Its a beautiful way to spend your evening while at Stanley! More

One of the more relaxing places to be in HK when it is not crowded. The casual bars/eateries on the end of the promenade are great to grab a pint at after walking through the markets/shopping/ sightseeing. More

Nice spot by the ocean, slower paced than Central and TST. They are not willing to bargain much here though, so do not get your expectations up. Somewhat higher quality goods than the Temple Street market, but also a lot of junk here as well. Have lunch at one of the cafes along the shoreline. More

We had fun at Stanley market buying linens, cute souvenirs and off season swimwear and children's clothes. If you take bus no. 6 there, you'll pass by Repulse Bay, which has a beautiful beach.
