We passed the clock at night, all lit up and it looked very impressive. Also it is nice to sit on the edge around this structure at night and enjoy some of the street performers - one particular group of teenage boys were singing Coldplay songs and were doing a good job of it too. It is a lively area... More

In the past, it was the railway station. Only the tower stands for century. Not only the transportation means improved to be electrical, the whole district is the cultural centre.ie Arts Museum, Science Museum, Oceam Terminal, Star Ferry,1881 . Nearby the 5 flag poles gather or date land mark. Many young ones, old ones, wait under the flag poles to... More

It is a working relic of an era that has passed. Looking at it now, it seems to be misplaced. But back in the days when the railways ended in Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) from places as far away as Beijing, the clock did not just tell time. It evoked emotions of anxiety and fear for those going on a... More

You've seen one, you've seen them all but this one is a bit odd; maybe worth a quick look. They exist every where to represent old blimey I suppose, but, wait aren't we in Hong Kong?

Not too much to see in my personal opinion, perhaps it is not necessary to mark it as a must-see sightseeing, it's just a tower and nothing more, it could have also an historical significance but for those unfamiliar with the story remains a simple Tower. The most beautiful surroundings, with a long fountain that stretches exactly front and surrounded... More

There's actually not much to this Tower. It's just a clock located next to the star ferry pier. There's no shops in it as mentioned below!! There is currently a display there, which gets changed often, so it's worth a look round whilst you're on the promenade

The Hong Kong Tower, locally known as the Clock Tower should not be confused with the Peak Tower, which is a shopping arcade area and point of arrival for those taking the Peak Tram on Hong Kong Island. The Clock Tower can be found next to the Star Ferry Pier at the beginning of the Avenue of Stars portion of... More

We visited this place on the way to The Center. This building has many restaurants on the first floor opened right out to the streets. They also left a big pavement in front of the building so having lunch here is just great.
