I check out the shops every time I visit HK. Things get more expensive every time thanks to the mainlanders. We bought 3 pairs of Rockport shoes in SOGO two days earlier and it was cheaper in town. No discounts offered at Citygate. On the other hand, I got a Coach bag that is cheaper than the stores in town.... More

It is easy and faster to get here by train MTR, it leads you directly into the shopping mall. This is a one stop place where there are many international brands and good bargains. For guys who are non-shoppers will find many joints for coffee & food while waiting for their friends.

Coming from NZ, I thought the 'outlet' shops were so expensive! The only shop I bought anything was the body shop outlet. Other shops were mostly top end fashion chains, some sports also. I can buy a cheaper pair of sneakers or t shirt at dressmart outlet shops in NZ. But very convenient to pop in and cool down after... More

You can find most of the big brands here though its quite expensive here and with out a good sale/promotion running over here.. it quite useless/out of budget buying stuff here, I was in US for few years and felt it was quite... A big mall to cool down and have a meal after visiting ngong ping village. The outlet shops are so so, nothing much that meets my fancy but I seen many others who bought a lot .

Taxi drivers will offer to take you to this mall because the cab fare can set you back approx. AUD$33 (HKD$255) if your hotel is in Kowloon. The mall itself is quite large with lots of branded factory outlets - from Bally, Coach, Burberry, Escada, Furla, Lancel, Armani, etc. Pricewise, I don't think it's that cheap. Checked out a Lancel... More

Mall is conveniently located near the airport. One bus ride or get off on Tung Chung MTR. I Like the variety of stores and fastfood. Walking distance to the market across the street via overpass. This can be your last minute shopping before heading to the airport for your flight out of HK.

Way bigger than we thought. Lots of branded shops and eateries within a multilevel mall. At base of entrance to Big Budda. We did not find the prices much different to sales at home so opted to have a look and support our own home economy rather than fill our suitcases. If going to the Big Budda allow and extra... More

This mall has just about everything you want. Many sports outlets like puma and nike with great prices. Some designer stores like Bally and Armani. They have a substantial food hall with plenty of Asian food and a supermarket. You can spend many hours in this mall. It's easy to get to by train being attached to Tung Chung station.... More

City Gate outlet at Tung Chung is a long way out of the city centre but very easy to reach on the MTR. There is a good range of the usual "factory outlets" from high end to high street, but the price reductions were not huge when we visited in July 2014. It is worth a visit but it not... More
