Once you descend the stairs into the spa, you're immediately cut off from the lights and noise of the street. The candle lit interior is sectioned off by drapes and tapestry that make for a warm and relaxing atmosphere. I went here for a neck massage after sitting on a plane for 12 hours, and it was just the right... More

Fantastic foot and body massage... 2 hours of pain (the good pain) was just what I needed after a 9 hour flight. Definitely recommend

Disappointed by inflexibility of management. Think twice before buying coupons coz there many situations where coupons cannot be used. Poor customer service when there is any complaint. Definitely won't go back even the ambience is good.

One of the best massages I have had in a while. Excellent masseuses, with additional foot spa to begin. We left with springs in our step and all muscle stiffness from our long flight a distant memory. We will return.

My husband and I spent over 16 hours on the plane so our backs, neck and shoulders were really sore. We looked at booking a massage in our hotel but decided we'd try a local massage instead.... partly because it was 1/3 of the cost. We had a massage next to each other and the experience for both of us... More

Located right off of Nathan Road in heart of TST Tai Pan offers a nice break from a busy schedule in Hong Kong. Therapists are good and the reflexology is relaxing without being overly aggressive - definitely feel better after having walked all over HK and South China.

We had time to spend before dinner, and we were certainly fatigued from all our touring about Hong Kong, so we decided to get a foot massage. Our hotel recommended this place, and without that referral we’d have never found nor entered this basement establishment. It looked perfectly fine at the small street-level entry, but given the nature of the... More

They were rushed, unorganized and unfriendly, will definitely avoid this joint. Not recommended. This is despite telling them that the four of us were here based on a recommendation from the Sheraton hotel. Waste of time.. There are definitely better options around..

This was the second time I had been to Tai Pan. The first time was about 7 years ago and it has remained a favorite memory from that trip to Hong Kong. So this visit I hoped to get there again although I was afraid that the memory might turn out to be better than the actual experience. It was... More
