My son taught at this University for a year as part of their program to bring native-speakers to the campus to teach their language. That is a excellent program, and one that exposes their students to the native pronunciation and syntax. We enjoyed attending the English Corner on Friday night, when students and other locals gather to practice their English. The grounds... Nothing special or noteworthy about this university to attract tourists. Energetic area of the city as a result of thousands of students.

The Haidian District has a trio of outstanding Chinese universities. While Peking and Tsinghua Universities are older and possibly better known outside Asia, Renmin University is one of the highest-ranked universities in China. Its campus, located on Zhongguancan, offers visitors an opportunity for a pleasant stroll away from the traffic elsewhere in the district. There's no guided tour to my... More

Very famous university in China. But the campus is very small. Nothing to visit there. Don't waste your precious time.

The buildings are ok, some of the new ones are well done but the campus is quite dull, not worth a visit.
