We stayed at Tarangire National Park. The balloon ride was truly wonderful. Everything was smooth and safe. Our captain Nihat provided us a beautiful experience. He was informative, professional and friendly. After the flight we went to have a champagne breakfast in the middle of the national park. The food was perfect. This is such a wonderful experience to be... More

It was the last day of our safari at Tarangire National Park and had a fantastic view and adventure thanks to Captain Nihat. Everything was smoothly arranged for safety of the passengers. We took great pictures and enjoyed a lot having bush-breakfast buffet right in the middle of wildlife with fresh air, champagne etc that made us feel we are... More

Our family had a wonderful time in Tarangire. We stayed at Sopa hotel in September and our hotel reception introduced us to this wonderful Balloon company and pilot. Our pilot Nihat was knowladgable and professional. We flew over the National park and Nihat pointed us where the lions are and lots of other animals. We had a very safe landing,... More

I recently returned from Kenya and would think twice before booking with this company. Our basket was full with 16 people. Take off was smooth and uneventfully until the basket caught on fire. The captain panicked and came unhinghed. Out came the fire extinguster and a fellow rider put out the fire. The captain tried to call for help from... More

I bought this balloon safari for my father as a surprise birthday present while we were on safari in the Northern Serengeti. He had a fantastic time, saw huge numbers of game and was thoroughly impressed by the pilot skills of Captain Kim who was a real character. This was followed by a champagne breakfast on the banks of the... More

Hot air ballooning is not cheap no matter where in the world you do it, but it gives you a perspective that you would never get any other way, so I figure it's worthwhile. The company picked us up at our lodge at 4:30 in the morning and drove us to the Fig Tree Camp where we had time for... More

Recently went on a ballon ride in Tanzania run by this company and found the Captain to be an absolute idiot who put the lives of the people on board in jeopardy. He was constantly showing off and making jokes which was ok till he decided to skin the river with the basket of the balloon. He actually went so... More

When I booked it, my pocket definitely got dented a little but I just cannot deny the fact that its a must have experience in Masai Mara. My tour operator chose the balloon safari operator for me. They are just perfect with their planning. Because my tented camp was far away from launching site, they sent a 4WD previous evening... More
