The collection of weapons, lamps, plates, paintings, and headdresses from around Africa is from a single popular Kenya politician. It's 2 stories but doesn't require a lot of time to go through and read the descriptions. They usually have... More

The exhibition is not big very big, so you don't need a lot of time to see it all. The location is very good - right there in the city center.

It's conveniently located in the CBD, i went there one Saturday morning last year. On public holidays entry is free. Majority of the content is the Art collected by Kenya's second vice president the Late Dr. Murumbi.

Visited over the weekend with my colleagues. Expected to be done within half an hour but the collection/pieces on display kept us there for well over 2 hours. Very informative and courteous staff assisted with any questions we had.

This is a very cheap place to visit in central Nairobi, opposite Hilton hotel. I spent around and hour or two just roaming around looking at the brilliant art works. Being British it was also great to see some of the letters and stamps from colonial rule as well. Some great old photos too which I always love to look... More
