I loved getting up close to the giraffes and feeding them from my hand. The writeups talk about the many types of giraffes in the African Continent and I strongly recommend you Visit

Some of the specimens at the park are so domesticated they exhibit no fear of humans and wil, as other reviewers have noted, eat right out of your hand. It was my good fortune to visit at a time at which the center was not extremely busy. I got a very capable docent who taught me a lot about giraffes... More

I visited this centre recently and was pleasantly surprised how accessible the animals were and that you are able to feed the Giraffes ! A small information centre helps explain the centre and there's also a small café / drinks area. Very enjoyable, not expensive to enter and a must see if you're in the area !

Well what more needs to be said. The giraffes take food right out of your hands. There's a little coffee shop and a small curio shop so you could spend a couple of hours there.

We stayed at giraffe manor and walked over to this centre to support their cause and see all the great work they are doing to help protect the giraffes. So terrific to watch the giraffes and see how beautiful they are up close. Highly recommend this as part of your visit

I love this place and it's one of the reasons for my choice of living in Karen. It is an ideal place to go anytime - you are better though going before 12 to avoid the tourist buses or late afternoon when they are fed before walking over to their sleeping grounds. There is a craft shop and a local... More

It is small attraction that cost 1000 shillings per person but the nice thing is you go up to second level of the pavilion and come face to face with giraffes! They are really tame and you can feed them.

The children all loved it. While you may find it tame if you go after a safari it's a must do in Nairobi. You get to see giraffes from real close and even feed them. The wardens get them to come close and they even take the food out of your hands. A definite inclusion for the itenary.

The center is a bit expensive (~$10) but well worth it. The giraffes are great! Fun event for adults and kids.

You get to feed giraffes which is pretty cool. The guides give you tips to feed the girrafes for awesome photos. Went during the week and it was not crowded. We were in and out in 15 minutes.
