You won't spend a long time at this centre, but it's worth the trip and fee, especially if you've got kids. Feeding the giraffes alone is fun, but if you want, you can get them to kiss you, too! Their tongues shockingly feel like sandpaper, but it's completely worth the picture and memory.

My friends and I had a great time feeding the giraffe's and learning a bit more about them. There isn't a lot to do here so a visit doesn't take long if you have limited time.

Watch out for the odd head butt! They don't really mean to hurt, but they are sooo strong! Give one a kiss (the attendants will show you how if you ask). It is the chance of a lifetime to kiss a giraffe! (if that's your thing :) )

A place where you can pet & feed giraffes from a raised platform. They take their food pellets right from your hand. You could even hold them in your mouth & the giraffes will take it from your mouth with its long tongue giving you a slurpy kiss in the bargain....

Not much to see in the museum or the store but the "stars" are the giraffes. The caretakers will help you to feed the giraffes, tell you their stories and even help you take a picture when the giraffes "kiss" you to take the food from your lips. So wonderful to see giraffes up close!

The opportunity to feed a few Giraffes, and see the other animals that are there, Warthogs and some large Tortoises. There are 9 Giraffes in total, with 5 available today. The other 4 were in a different field around the back. For 1000Ksh, as a non resident, you get to climb a handful of steps to a viewing platform, and... More

I loved the experience of touching the Giraffes and feeding them. First I was a little scared however later I got the courage to be very close to them and look at their beautiful eyes. This is a nice place to have a look at Giraffes so closely.

I really enjoyed my short stop here. Thanks to high platforms, you can feed the animals and be up close and personal with them, and I was surprised by how their characters resembled that of horses. These giraffes are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy human interaction, and the keepers can give you lots of information on the individual animals.... More
