OK, it's a building. nothing special in it or about it. What IS special is the view from the helipad. In every direction you have clear unobstructed views of the entirety of Nairobi in all of it's green, lush, hectic, urban, splendor. If you are visiting Nairobi, you shouldn't miss it.

Since reading her book and seeing the "Out Of Africa ' movie, my wife has always wanted to visit this museum. It was worth the visit.

Built in the 60s by Israeli investors, you can tell that the city needs an updated conference center. There is little room for informal meetings, concierge to drop off your bags and has THE cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen (kudos to the water feature). Not everybody seems to know, but you can ride the lift to the top of... More

We headed to the top for a panoramic view of the city centre. Head through the main gate with the security checkpoint. Then past the fountain and up to the main entrance. I had to hand in my passport to get a security pass, another security check, then to reception to ask to visit the helipad. We had a guide... More

No other building in Nairobi gives you such an incredible 360 degree view of the city of Nairobi. Carry your Camera and enjoy the sunset.

They supposedly have wifi but I could never get on it. But the rooms are nice - clean. The bathrooms are too. A fine place to hold a conference

Was an exhibitor at the East Afripack show the week of 09/08/14. Setup went smoothly, but they have limited resources on-hand for electrical support. Ended up going to the local grocery to buy an extension cord. Booth wiring was a bit sketchy as the wiring from the main line was spliced with simple, exposed wires secured with electrical tape. The... More

It is a good place to go and get the view of Eastern Africa's largest city. On a clear day you will enjoy the most but on a clearest day you can get a glimpse of Mt. Kenya. It is great to spend 20 minutes of your Nairobi stay here. Try it!!!

If staying in town, take a walk to the KICC for a visit to the roof which gives excellent views of Nairobi and the places beyond such as Ngong Hills, National Park... Entrance fee (200Ksh / $2 Resident ), elevator to 26th Floor (I think) and some internal steps to the roof and helipad....there are no vertigo inducing moments as... More
