This is a nice place to visit if you are really into the history of Kenya! Really great knowledgeable staff and a very peaceful place to spend an hour or so.

it was arranged by our hotel, Villa Rosa Kepminski. the taxi picked us early morning and we got the chance to spend 4 relaxing hours driving in the wilderness and the meet closely the Giraffes and the zebra's. there is no wild animal or we couldn't see any. in all cases it was a nice trip. This was a lovely place at Karen Blixen Museum, the grounds were beautiful, the house was quite interesting, to see how small the beds they slept, and how beautiful the inside of the house was, the kitchen was so primitive. The Giraffe Center was fantastic!! the giraffe's would come right up to you on the balcony and take food right... More

The Karen Blixen Museum was really cool, the giraffe center neat. Feeding the giraffes was fun. The trip there was different, as getting thru Nairobi is a challenge at times.

I always try to go at beginning and end of a trip to Kenya. Fantastic and magical...you never know what you may see. Abundant bird life and all else except elephants. Lions, rhinos, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, eagles, vultures, ostrich, you name it. $50.00 entrance fees goes to anti poaching and Kenya Wildlife Service...well worth it. A must see!

We spent a day in the national park and saw rhino and lions amongst many other species such as crocs, giraffes and eagles. Had a picnic for lunch and left late afternoon with some great photos. Second day we went to the David Sheldrick centre in the morning which is well worth a visit and great for kids. Then went... More

Not exactly a zoo, but the animals are not in the wild and that made the center a bit of a let down after a safari in northern Kenya. Nevertheless, it's a study center, the animals are well cared-for, and it's a wonderful family photo op.

The Park is a nice drive with lot's of game to see and some varied terrain. Probably a good allocation of time is 4 hours to see most of it by car. The giraffe Center was very cool....feeding giraffes is a must. The Blixen museum was so-so.....lunch there was very good but house and grounds was pretty much just another... More
